I had to hire another contractor and tear down $10,000 worth of bricks and redo the work because it had no foundation and the old siding was not removed so the brick had no support. Also, the windows that I ordered from him were improperly measured and when it rained, water pored into my basement. He also refused to remove the garbage in front of my home, broke my water hose and on top of that his workers peed in bottles and left them in my garage. All in all a horrible, and expensive experience. I had to give him a star because otherwise I couldn't finish my post. They should have a minus in front of the stars.

The other day we had a hard rain and I remembered that 6 months ago - during a regular rain - parts of our ceiling collapsed and there was water leaking from the roof. A big part of the reason I went with Abu in the first place is because of communication. Abu picks up calls or calls back unlike a lot of other contractors who just leave you on the hook. He was able to come out to see the roof the same day on a weekend (again most other contractors wanted ,e to wait a whole week). He assessed the problem, came up with a solution and a fair quote. The damage was easy to miss from the ground because many panels remained in place. Closer inspection showed fractured locking edges and several holes near the lower portions of the wall. The other elevations had been sheltered and did not show comparable damage. Replacing the complete building was unnecessary, but the original siding color and profile were no longer available. The owner chose to replace the affected elevation as one continuous section rather than scatter visibly different panels across it. Once the damaged siding came off, the weather-resistive barrier and sheathing were inspected. A few areas of torn housewrap were repaired, but the sheathing remained dry. New starter strips, corner trim, mounting blocks, and vinyl siding were then installed. The replacement panels were fastened with room for normal expansion and contraction. Exterior fixtures were removed and remounted through proper blocks instead of being screwed through the face of the siding. Broken vinyl fragments were collected from the planting beds and neighboring walkway. The unaffected elevations remained in place, while the repaired side finished with a consistent color and secure locking edges.

When asked to leave a parking space free in the front of the neighbor's house so a 98 yo dying of congestive heart failure could easily access needed medical transportation -they not only did not move their truck but SCREAMED and were threatening to the female neighbors that requested they move their truck to another free space where they were working. They were threatening to the extent that the police had to be called to talk to them . Then they left sand and concrete remains in the neighbors driveway- nice touch. The job they did was not great either. Stay away from this low class operation.
