Sold me satellite Internet services for $49.99. They said it was 25 meg down all the time. Unlimited usage. They misrepresented this product on everything. They are a sales agent for Exede. It is not their product. My service is $59.99 ! And is not unlimited like they said. I am throttled back when I reach a certain point. Good luck trying to reach someone at JRB after they make the sale. They do not and will not talk to you. Someone interest in satellite Internet should contact exede directly if they are interested. They are in texas and are actually pretty nice and forth coming with information. They were nice enough to reduce my bill to $49.99 for a year. JRB are sales scammers. Watch out! Also. By the time they add taxes router rental and equipment insurance it is almost as much as cable or FIOS. Check their BBS reviews and complaint for more information. Sold me internet for $50 a month that ended up being $65. then I got a letter from Viasat stating my bill was going to be $80 a month and a two year contract when I was told no contract. JRB won't call me back! My internet has been slow and can't stream. I called from the start telling them about it and they say they'll call me tomorrow and they don't. I use my hot spot on my phone and it works better than this service. read more

Stay clear of this company!!!!! I can't say it loud enough. JRB misrepresents every thing they offer. I was sent to them by direct TV to install in my motor home they offered me internet as well seemed to good to be true and BOY WAS IT. I am still trying to get the mess they made cleared up 8 months later. They actually installed permanent service in my motor home that was parked in a Florida State Park and told me that it could be moved for free just by calling them SO NOT TRUE , There free moves have cost me well over a thousand dollars as I had to purchase the proper equipment plus I have been charged for the equipment they removed as it has never been returned to exceed by JRB, I have left messages for them sent certified letters all refused now I am having to fight with exceed to return the money JRB set up to come out of my account. Tried several times to get the issues resolved before cancelling services. When sold service I was told it was $60 a month and no contract. Within 3months it went to $90 a month and when I did call to cancel was informed I was on a contract and now being charged $238.55 for canceling csr at the time said cancle fees would be waived. Two weeks later I have a charge on my account for the amount of $238.55. I have now been told by 2 csrs and a supervisor it would be refunded to only be called days later to be told it was not going to be refunded. I never signed anything, I have tried to have issues resolved before trying to cancel services and when cancelled services returned equipment. Now for the third time calling i am told a supervisor will call me before end of her shift today. And money is still not refunded and keep being told it goes thru another department that it doesnt matter if a supervisor says it will be refunded or not. Bad business all the way around and illegally charging my account. read more
