I called and specifically made an appt. for an acrylic fill and the woman on the phone who scheduled me said an acrylic fill would be $28. The salon called me a bit later and said they'd inadvertently overbooked the day of my appt. and asked me to come later in the day, which I did. First, the good about this salon is that it is run efficiently. My wait time was merely a few minutes. My complaint is that after my tech removed my acrylic color she then claimed that they do not provide acrylic services! Also, the posted small signs at each station showed pricing, *including acrylic fills at $30* - which is more than the $28 quoted to me on the phone. My nail tech insisted that we use gel, which obviously is much more expensive. This resulted in spending more than I wanted and planned. I found this upsetting and dishonest, and I will never go back.

OK people pay attention! This place is clean! They do a good job for example when you get gel nails…read morethey don't just grind down your cuticles they soak them and they cut them with cuticle nippers. They take their time. Mostly it's just like a regular nail shop except it's clean as heck which is quite abnormal from my experience most places they just reuse the same stuff on everybody and here in fact they may do the same thing with a nail file but I could see the autoclave in the back, and frankly I don't care because they can paint perfect lines and they take their time I hate it when I get a gel manicure with ragged cuticles and they never do that, it's perfect. 100% recommend this place is so awesome you're gonna love it!

I needed a regular fill and one nail replaced. The tech was very nice, but very new. She used the…read moreDremel to remove my nail polish and it took forever. Preparing my nails for the fill also took a tremendous amount of time, even with the electric filing. Then, instead of filing the cuticles back, she pushed them with a tool that bumped over the cuticle and pushed into my skin. A little uncomfortable and not at all effective. She put so much product on that my once thin, elegant nails looked like someone glued Chicklets on the ends of my fingers. I figured that she'd just file them down so they weren't lumpy and thick, but she used a blue file and filed by hand! It took hours and my nails were bumpy and misshapen! The worst part was that, when they replace a nail, they don't glue on a tip and use it as a form. They use the old-fashioned metal form. The best part about using the tip, is that the "join" between my nail, the tip, and the product forms a firm foundation for the nail. Using the metal form meant that only a layer of acrylic held the tip on. That nail broke within hours! I ended up going to someone else to properly replace the nail and to file down the others. It was twice as expensive as it needed to be and it was the day before my wedding!! Stressful, time consuming, and a very poor outcome. I wouldn't go back. The only positive is that the tech was very nice and very friendly. But, I didn't need to make a friend, I needed my nails to look great in wedding photos.

But when I went to pay they told me it was $62 no tip included. When I questioned it she mentioned something about hot towels and rocks were used. I thought it was included because I didn't ask for anything other than the $42 package. I didn't get French nails or anything special. So with tip included it was $72. I feel if I am missing something then it was not communicated to me. I will not be back.
