I was really excited to come here because it's walking distance from my house. The salon is okay but the staff was friendly. The one star is because I waited 30 minutes for my nails to dry and the tech said I was okay. I carefully grabbed my wallet and they got ruined. He was so sweet and fixed them but then I had to sit another 30 minutes. He said they were okay again so I left. The nail polish must have been so old because it would not dry. I came back same day and asked if we could do a different polish cause the other was old. He said he was too busy and to come back tomorrow at 10am when they open. I scheduled a baby sitter and had to pay her twice. I'm sitting here in the parking lot and it's been 40 minutes and no one is here! I'm just really frustrated because it's a lot to get a baby sitter, leave my son and to pay out the money to get my nails done. Response to the owner: I didn't need to call ahead of time because one of your employees told me to come in at 10am. I will never return here. There are way too many good salons with great customer service in the area. Unfortunately I was treated very badly by one of your employees after making an appointment with them and sitting in your parking lot for an hour. read more

I have been to Blossom Nails twice now, both on walk-ins. It is very close in proximity to where I live. As kind and accommodating as the staff is -- the services were just a-ok. Really quite and quaint location, nice open lighting, and really kind staff. Priced relatively averaged to other nail salons. One time I was in a time pinch and needed to leave for work within the hour and they accommodated and made sure that was a priority. My shellac mani's on both occasion have peeled within one week of service. I have been getting shellac mani's for years therefore it was disappointing to see them start to peel so quickly. I tried once again because I thought maybe it was technician having an off day? Both times my pedicures were lack luster. The massages were not as detailed. It didnt feel like I was getting pampered. If youre in a pinch, then definitely swing by. But I have experienced better. read more

I've been to Blossom Nails twice now and have had nothing but exceptional service. The first time I came in, I had a pedicure with gel polish, and full acrylic set put on. They took the time to care for my feet, they put hot towels on my legs, along with a scrub, and topped it off with great smelling, smooth lotion. The fully acrylic set that I got was fantastic. She took her time and did an amazing job, and the color was great. The second time I came in, I got a fill and a color change. It's been a month since I've been in and my nails still look great! This is a great business with super nice and friendly people. With just being open for a few months, they're doing a fantastic job. read more

I've been going to this salon for two months now. Awesome nail service! Very meticulous, super great job. I get a fabulous pedicare and love them massages. If I'm in a hurry and they are not busy, two of them will work on me for the two services requested and they have me out of there in no time. I was so excited to see a brand new nail salon on redwood road! Unfortunately, that excitement was short-lived. I went in for a pedicure, which cost $25, consequently two dollars more than the salon directly across the street. The pedicure I received lasted 20 minutes. I arrived at 2:30 PM and was handing over my credit card at 2:50 PM. Although I was promised a hot towel treatment and relaxing massage, I was not given a hot towel at all. As for the massage, the employee spent approximately two minutes per leg and then took a towel to wipe off the remaining lotion. The rough skin around my heel still remains. It was not dealt with at all. The paint job was sub par and even though I was the only patron in the establishment at that time, I felt rushed. I asked the employee why I had not received the hot towel, and he actually tried to tell me I did. When I told him I didn't, he said he would go get one. I told him it was not necessary and I would like to pay. When I handed him my credit card I said please don't be surprised when I do not tip you. His response was and I quote " your tip does not matter to me". I would like to say that there was a language barrier, but that was not the issue. I was being treated poorly even though I tried to be kind about my feedback. I want the businesses on Redwood Road in Woods Cross to be successful. I am sad to say that this was the worst pedicure I have ever received in my entire life. I will never go back. read more
