Beware they are not honest. I like to support local businesses so I went there to purchase my Jane Ireland makeup. The first time I went they were great to work with and fair pricing. Then I went back for additional products which I didn't end up liking the product (didn't appear to be like the product they demonstrated for me). When I went to return it and explained my experience at first was told purchased products will not be exchanged even though the seal was still intact on the one product. The manager said we don't normally exchange products but she would go ahead and do it but then she informed me the new product was more and the difference was $23.00 which I found very interesting since the price on the product was $3.00 less per box for the 2 products. If she would have just said no to the exchange then so be it but the dishonesty made it so I will never go back read more

Shan is truly amazing and incredibly talented at what she does! I love the calming and welcoming atmosphere at Sego Lily Spa. My first experience with Shan was also my very first massage, and she, along with the attentive front desk staff, made sure I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived. My husband and visited Park City and decided to visit a spa at the last minute. Everything in Park City was booked, so we searched closer to Salt Lake instead and found Sego Lily. Set a rebook appointment for July 26th. (Over a 3 week wait, because they were completely booked.) Got a call an hour before my massage time telling me I needed to be rescheduled 3 weeks (again, after already waiting 3 weeks) later for the massage. No help or compensation was given for the extremely short notice, nor did they seem inclined in any degree to make things right. I waited the entire month only to be short noticed and disappointed. Needless to say, I can't give people confidence or recommend that their massage times/experience will be concrete and you may be juggled around/ mistreated. Great facility...but I have never been treated with more inconvenience than here. No recommendations from me, and you better believe I'm going to tell everyone about it. read more

What can I say about an extremely over priced pedicure. Spa ambiance was nice, how ever pedicure nothing special! I receive the same pedicure at a nice nail salon for 1/2 the price and a great choice of polish colors. At Sego Lily polish color choices were the most hideous I have ever seen. Polish job was terrible. Left and went to actual nail salon and paid again for an actual polish change to get a color that I wanted. Would not recommend or return. read more

Normally I love going to the spa but I took my hubby and myself here for a pedicure. They didn't tell me the cost before and it wasn't listed on the website. It was a nice pedicure but it was $70!! Outrageous price. They used a polish that was supposed to stay on for 30 days but mine chipped aster 4 days. I went back to have it fixed and it didn't look great. I decided for my birthday that I wanted to spend a day at the spa. So, I booked myself a massage, reflexology, facial and pedicure. It was WONDERFUL!! My massage therapist was amazing! I wish I could remember her name. But, the reflexology on my feet felt so good and the massage was relaxing yet she got out all of the knots in my back. Then I went and had a facial with Madison. She did such a great job and my skin was glowing when I came out. She also did my pedicure and my toes looked and felt beautiful. When I left they asked if I would like to reschedule any service right then and I could get 10% off. So, I did. Terrible "couples suite" experience. It seems my experience may not be the norm, based upon other feedback, but I felt it was important to pass along my feedback nonetheless. First off, the experience is nearly $500, so I would expect something great. What we received, however, was just okay. The soaking bath, prior to the massage, was filled with lukewarm water. I understand it's important to not be too hot, but it was not enjoyable whatsoever. Next, the massages were mixed. My wife had a great experience with her massage therapist whereas mine was not good. I asked for a focus on lower back and hips, and those areas were not even addressed. Wife's therapist also incorporated a bunch of technique that mine did not. Clearly just a difference of skill and experience. I'm glad my wife was able to receive the great massage. Upon entering the room the fireplace was on, which adds a great level of ambiance, but also lots of heat (ironic, I know, that the bath was too cool and the room too hot). The day was warm and the room warmer. When the massages began we expressed that the room was getting hot, but the therapists did nothing to address the concern. Part of the "experience" provides 30 minutes for the couple to relax in the room after the massage. I'm not being dramatic when I say the room was well over 80 degrees and way too hot to stay. So, we had to leave right away (was already getting light headed it was so hot). But, wait, there's more. The steam room in the men's locker room was filled with a strong moldy smell, so was unable to use that prior to the massage as well. The receptionist says they're aware of this, and it's due to somebody leaving the door to the steam room closed after use. I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but felt compelled to warn others considering this package and, hopefully, provide feedback to the business so they're able to resolve the issues in the future. I did bring my concern to the receptionist, and she provided words of sympathy but continued to charge full price and offer no other forms of resolution. I'm not expecting anything free, but any effort would have been nice. read more

Sego Lily has ruined us for other spas. The experience is so relaxing, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I've had bad massages before at other places, one that left my neck chronically injured. My massuese at Sego Lily has always treated my body with such care and respect, and I always leave feeling refreshed and restored. My husband had his first facial and massage there as a couple's retreat, and I have never seen the man more relaxed in my life -- it was adorable. read more

I can't believe I have only driven past it since it opened a few years ago and never gone in before now! I had an Organic Harvest Facial and a pedicure, both performed by Jamie. I arrived early and waited for my esthetician in a beautiful and serenely decorated room in front of a welcoming fireplace. Perfect on a freezing cold day. Healthy drinks and snacks were available for clientele. The facial was exceptional and well executed. The products applied were luxurious and the massage done from scalp down to fingertips was heavenly. Jamie is very skilled at her craft. My pedicure was wonderful as well. Again, the products used were amazing and had such lovely scents. The polish used is a brand that I have not used before, but I was told that it did not have the harmful chemicals that conventional brands use. It did not have an odor that I could detect, which added to the pleasant experience. I have booked a couples massage for another visit and plan to try the other services they offer in the future I would highly recommend Sego Lily Spa!! read more

My husband and I live in Salt Lake, we came to the Bountiful location to celebrate our anniversary due to the Midvale location still being closed (due to Covid-19). It was the first week of the reopen, the spa was so clean and relaxing. Both women who did our pedicures were so friendly. Originally only one of them were scheduled to be there, the other staff offered to come in to make our anniversary special. Customer service was great, as well as the actual pedicure itself. This was the best facial I have every received. Gabrielle or Gabriella (Not sure which one) did a fantastic job. She had such a calm energy and was very professional throughout.
