Allow me to break it down: -The carpet was expertly cleaned and looks fantastic. -The rug, a family heirloom, was picked up, cleaned, and delivered better than I have ever seen it before. -The travertine in the den looked brand new, and they even patched up the grout that was missing! -Now here's where it gets especially interesting. The tile in the kitchen was so dirty, that after they cleaned it, it still had discoloration from the years of use. After I informed them of the problem, they made several trips out to my house to fully resolve the issue. They stained my grout and now the tile in my kitchen looks brand new!
