I had called every wood refinisher and furniture refinishing place in Bakersfield and was told that no one could help. Either because it was a lost cause or because they don't travel to client's location. I also called custom cabinet places without luck. I happened upon Custom Wood Finishes by Lee on google, but it said it was temporarily closed. I decided to try anyway and I'm glad I did. He came out and gave me an estimate, walked me through the process and set the expectations. He was kind, professional and on time. He delivered exactly what he promised and refinished my desk to the point it looked even better than before it was ruined. His price was fair and exactly what I had expected to pay. I would highly recommend Lee for any furniture refinishing project. One other thing to mention, not only is he a master refinisher, but he custom mixed the color of the stain to match. This was no easy feat, because it was a cherry mahogany that had many years of wear and sun exposure.
