My first visit, I brought a cart in from outside that seemingly had been left out in the parking lot by another patron. I thought I was doing something good. Contrary to my belief, an employee came over to me aggressively telling me that I couldn't use that cart inside the store. She demanded that I take my infant granddaughter out of the seat so that she could take that cart to their back room. This was NOT a good first impression for me! It took me several months to revisit! At the time of my last visit, it was most certainly not ADA compliant. It was still very crowded /cluttered throughout most sections of the store.

Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met.
