I was quoted $333.69 for the broom closet, which I paid. Once on the homesite, my contractor noticed that broom closet cabinet was not cut to 12" but was 18", which is not usable in my space. I called my sales Rep -Kirenia- and expected that she would exchange the incorrect cabinet for the one I paid for. NOPE. She said I would have to buy a 24" cabinet for $630.12 additional. But I paid for the cabinet already!! Of all the companies I have worked with throughout my many years of remodeling, I have NEVER been mistreated the way I was at Panda Kitchen . I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "she is in Miami and will be back on Tuesday" (Today is Friday). They put a hole in our dryer vent tube and denied doing so but they did replace it. The bigger issue was the reinstallation of our two toilets. The installers had no idea what they were doing. Both toilets caulking at the base started discoloring. We called a plumber and found out the installers cracked one of the flanges and laid the LVP on top of both flanges. A $750 Plummer bill replaced the flange the installers cracked, cut away the LVP that was covering the flanges, properly leveled both toilets and grouted both at the base. Thanks Carpet Man!!!!! Two reasons for this review... to alert people to poor installation and to have Carpet Man respond to this rating.

I called a few days ago and was told to come in to take a look. I live 30 minutes from the warehouse and went ahead and drove there. I had my child with me (who was in a small stroller) when I arrived, Robert already acted like I was an inconvenience to him. I told him what I was looking for and asked him if I could go to the back and look at them. He said "everything is in boxes and it's hard to move a stroller around out there" .. I was very confused because my friend who just got cabinets from them 2 weeks prior brought her child who was also in a stroller and got to look at options. Robert was VERY confusing and was all over the place when explaining the different sizes and prices of what was available and not. When I told him I wanted 30x15 but 36x15 white cabinets would work as well, he said they had them and then 2 seconds later would say they didn't.. this was said 3 different times. At this point I was over it and no longer wanted to go back and forth of what "might have" been in stock so I left. I called today, not too long ago to see if I could get someone else to help me and see what they had in stock. Terry answered the phone and when I told him was I was looking for, he said I'd have to "come in and look". Mind you, Robert said everything was in boxes and "a stroller wouldn't fit well" so when I began telling him this and that I didn't want to deal with Robert again, he cut me off and said they only had white shaker cabinets. I told him what size I was looking for & again, in the middle of me saying what size, I'm cut off again by him "no, we don't have 36x15" now I'm frustrated at this point cus this is the second time in 30 seconds I'm being cut off and the second rude person I've dealt with at this place. I said "well if I wasn't cut off, you'd know I was looking for "30x15, but ok thanks" and I proceeded to hang up. Basically, these people treat you like you're an inconvenience to DO THEIR JOBS & are very confusing and rude. I'll be taking myself to home depot and spending a little more for better service. I was referred by several contractor friends who have been using this company for years in their various projects. While I did not end up choosing this company for my cabinets, counters, and hardware needs, I found everyone that I encountered greeted me sincerely and all were helpful. The sales guy I primarily spoke with was very helpful and patient, and showed me the differences in the cabinets they offered. He even drew up plans at no charge, based on my rough measurements and gave me a price for the cabinet portion of my project. They only offer laminated counters, and I really wanted to go with either granite or quartz, and that was the primary reason I ultimately did not choose this company - for my situation, I felt I really needed a single source for all product and installs. That being said, I found their high end cabinets to be a fine quality and very comparable to other places in town. Their install and overall pricing was very competitive, too. Even though I chose to go elsewhere for my purchase, based on my experience with the people, the quality products, and the fair pricing, I definitely recommend you check them out!

My significant other and I came to the storeroom to get information regarding an estimate and information about kitchen remodeling we were ready to proceed picked out cabinet color and countertop. The initial experience was ok we were greeted by staff in a friendly manner and was quickly informed by Paige who said she has been in the organization for 3 years Paige shared that a $250.00 measurement and design fee would be needed before proceeding/ Andrew the staff member would have to come and get the measurements for the kitchen we paid the $250.00 fee and were very excited for the new experience of soon getting a new kitchen remodel . The staff member Andrew came to our home took the measurements off what we thought was the kitchen and appliances and drew a diagram Andrew was at our home for about 40 or so minutes. A few days later Paige texted me noting that we "the customer" need to provide details about measurements "12 items or so" such as our refrigerator, range dishwasher microwave, sink, ect....I explained to Paige that Andrew the staff was suppose to get all the measurements for $250.00. Page mentioned over the phone that she just likes to verify the information because often times the measurements are not correct from staff and she wanted to get the measurements from me the customer. I mention that were paying $250.00 for the measurements/design so we expect that the staff Andrews measurements are correct. I mentioned to Paige that I want a copy of the total measurements which was never provided. This was a sign that something was not right after we paid $250.00 and measurements of our appliances had to be verify by myself which was very time-consuming. The next step in the process was to come-into the store and discuss the design we came in to the Ponte Vedra location Wednesday, April 12, 2023 to discuss the design we thought everything was going ok we got a basic estimate which was around 10, 000 until additional fees began to add up the price total ended up to be almost 18,000--19,000. My husband and I wanted to proceed however, we were told by Paige that all money needs be paid up front for materials which total 18,000----19, 000 we shared our reluctance and asked if some money could be paid and the remainder paid after the job is completed "we were told no and that Paige would reach out to her supervisor." We told Paige that we needed one day to think about the direction/ payment and I would call her in the morning. The next day I reached out to Paige to let her know we were not comfortable paying all money up front Paige said there was nothing she could do she already let her supervisor know and the supervisor would call me back. No phone call received so I came back up the closet, kitchen, & more location to speak to the supervisor. I spoke to Robert Musella "they mentioned he is the supervisor" Robert mentioned he was sorry for not getting back sooner and that he apologizes for the mis-information because Paige is new only in the organization for 3 months. Paige was fairly new only working in the organization for a few months and she was not knowledgeable on the process/ miscommunication Robert mentioned that we do not have to put up all the money up. I mentioned to Robert my appreciation however, at this point we were not comfortable with proceeding because we no longer had trust in the companies ability to provide quality service and the only thing I wanted was what we paid for 250.00 for measurement and design fee he refused and later agreed to just refund the $250.00 back. . I mentioned to Robert that I did not have the credit card with me and would it be ok to come back the following day to have the $250.00 put back on my husband's credit card. Robert agreed I sent a message to Paige letting her know we would be getting the money back. My husband came in and I also came back to the store to receive a credit for the $250.00 paid. We were told by staff that they were not able to assist, and they were not going to reach out to the supervisor to inform the supervisor of the request or to schedule a better time to come in the get the money back. 4/24/23 12PM: Staff Andrew gave me a phone number for Robert which was not the correct number listed on a business card. I went back into the store and Andrew corrected the number said it was to reach Robert when I call the number it was to the same staff members I was speaking with at the desk where Andrew was already at the desk....Andrew mentioned that there is nothing he can do see attached
