He also relandscaped the front. he replaced the traditional needles with a new yard, leveling first with fresh soil and fixing the watering system to assure proper watering for all of the new grass and landscaping. we put in three crepe myrtles and three Salvia. He placed them excellently amongst the bushes and plants that were still in good condition. I highly recommend Davis! Ps- he does most of the work himself with a small; crew. so it was great to see him every day and consult on ideas along the way. he has a great eye and we integrated almost all of his suggestions. he is readily reachable too when I had questions or thoughts. As soon as the application was finished it poured, washing large portions of seed away. Jarrett told me he would come back and touch up spots where the rain washed the seeds away. Long story short, after many times trying to get him back to finish the job. He always told me I don't have any jobs up your way. He told me to buy a bag of seeds and fill in the spots. Well, after paying over $3,300.00 I bought the seeds and spent 2 days prepping and planting the seeds. still waiting for them to grow.
