He came out, removed the jets, blow out any water in the system, patched the holes where the jets were and refinished the tub. WOW! We were/are so pleased with the result. No more nasty jacuzzi tub with all the bacteria issues involved with that, and you cannot even tell where the old jets were. Just looks like larger soaker tub now. We do rent this house, so the warranty was something like 3 years instead of the usual 5, but it has now been almost 2 years and it looks as good as the day he completed the work.
