I even wrote up a contract that we both signed, thankfully I did so I can use that in court. He said the project would take 3 days and we're going on 4 months. He would work for a day or two then ask for more money. I wouldn't see or hear from him for weeks at a time after giving him advance. Bottom line not 1 project has been completed in over 4 months time. I haven't seen him for over a month. Patched foundation and basement still leaks, power washed pavers but never sealed, etc. etc. etc. Too many details to list here but ask me and I'll be happy to share. He and his crew came for one month, and at the beginning of the following month there wasn't a bill left on my door, like other companies had done in the past. I assumed that it blew away in the wind and tried getting a hold of him for almost 3 weeks to no avail. The weather was extremely dry so I did not need it to be mowed, but wanted to ensure that billing didn't go unresolved. He did not respond to my calls or texts. Finally a bill was left in my mailbox (hand delivered- not mailed), so he did come by, but did not mow. It has been 3 weeks since then and still not a word from him.

Gerardo has always been there for me. He does bill monthly for ongoing service. He's kind of quiet but he always does when he's supposed to do. GERARDO has been my go to guy for a year and a half now. He cuts my grass whenever I need him to. I have .75 acres so it's a big yard. He has a huge rideable lawnmower so he can cut my grass in 10 minutes and it takes me like three hours to do it with my lawnmower. His rates are very reasonable. He has also been there to help me with other things like moving furniture. I am an older woman living alone and I need some help. He has been available the same or next day for so many things. The reason I'm writing this review today is because he was my hero yesterday. My central AC has been broken for a couple of days. There have been delays in getting it repaired. The first company couldn't do it and I'm waiting for the second one to come out meanwhile it was more than 90° in my house and one of my dogs is sick. When I asked GERARDO to help me install a window AC unit upstairs and I told him the situation he said "I will be right over". He came and installed that AC for us and I'm just so grateful for all of the extra things that he's done for me. I highly recommend him.

A couple of weeks later we got a call saying they'd have to move the service date. The day before the service date I spent all day trying to get in touch to find out if the service would still be happening, only to find out that it wouldn't. We were offered a refund or an amount off of the service but at that point I no longer believed the service would happen at all, so we went with the refund. A month later-still no refund.
