Jesus acknowledged the bad work and offered to patch those areas which is not a fix for the actual problem (which will end up chipping and popping in the next few years). We asked him to repour and we never heard back. He's appeared several times the past couple of days with others to look at the terrible job they did but is not willing stand by his work. Such a shame people get scammed by these contractors.. I would NOT hire these fly by nights to do any work for you.

I have had chinch bug problem in my lawn since last year which was destroying our front lawn. I was…read moremisdiagnosing the problem (thinking it was brown patch) all along and nothing seemed to work. Finally, I gave up and called Lawn doctor. Don (the owner) came to look over the lawn and he immediately found out the problem. He patiently explained to me the problem, showing the problem bug and even suggesting a solution. I was pleasantly surprised by his demeanor (very professional, not pushy) and decided to go with him for the application. Based on Don's suggestion, I could have been a prick and done the treatment myself from store purchased insecticides (I couldn't do it!). Don gave me a quote for two applications. I felt the quote was reasonable and justified. After the first application, the crew came to check the results. After checking the grass, (on the scheduled day of second application), I got a call that a second application was not necessary and therefore they hadn't applied it (and of course I wasn't charged for the second application). The company could have easily applied the second application and charged me for the same, and I would have probably paid for it without questioning. But the company didn't do it. It stuck to their morals. I personally felt very happy that such honest and trustworthy companies still exist even today. Now I know who to consult for all of my future lawn care needs and I would strongly recommend and endorse them for anyone looking for a lawn care company. (Note that I don't usually write out online reviews for companies, I only do so when I really feel touched by a companies gesture)

Diego and his crew have landscaped several homes in our sub-division, fact is, he has become a local favorite because of their quality work and fair pricing. In the past few years, he has fixed an erosion problem I had for years, did an amazing job trimming an enormous tree, installed a brick walk, sod, and completely transformed the front yard that stops people walking by. They were shown the main plants and where the root system was because I did some of it up. There were told that I wanted them to dig about 3 feet into the entire bed to make sure the root system was gone. They left about 90% of the root system. They didn't even dig down in the worst areas. I requested then to come back, I sent them pictures . They did not return my calls. I called at least 20 times. I sent several texts with pictures. They charged me 200 for one bed! And all they did was take some leaves from the top, pull some weeds and rough up the soil to like they dugv down. When I was able, I dug down in the worst areas that I showed them and it looked like they didn't even try.
