When something went wrong, I was blamed even when I was not involved in the situation whatsoever. I was treated as if I never listened, yet I was nearly the only one to remember to bring ribbon to the wedding venues so we wouldn't have to drive back. They ripped apart my work constantly, and nearly made me leave the floral industry entirely. I am thankful to have found compassionate and wonderful designers after this place. I have seen the mistreatment they have done to others during my time there as well. There's a reason why they can barely keep more than the same 2-3 people who have stayed there for so long. I will never forgive a place that treated me so poorly during a time of deep grief. I am not sure how a business that is centered around giving a thoughtful gesture to another person can be so lacking of compassion.
