My grandson and I, but not my granddaughter, were approved to view possible homes. The reason given was because of her credit report. She does have a negative credit history, as she has been diagnosed with several medical issues that prevent her from seeking employment. When I inquired as to whether we would be acceptable, if she no longer was to reside with us. The answer given by the receptionist was that only Scott could make that decision, and she would make that inquiry for us. When I phoned again four days later to learn what his answer was, I was now told that I would have to personally meet with him to learn his decision. However, I was advised that he was not available at that time. I left many phone messages after that, but none were ever returned. Several weeks later, after I had finally accepted that I would not have further access to their services, I received a phone call from this office. I was told that there was a home in Mission Hills for rent where all three of us would be accepted as tenants. When I referred to their previous decision regarding my granddaughter, I was reassured that she would be approved. When I viewed the home, I began to realize what was going on. This particular rental had been available for an unusually long time, and I could see why. It was a horrible place to call home. First of all, it is in Mission Hills, which is not the most desirable residential area. The tour revealed a kitchen that was a disaster, as were both the front and back yards. Just to prove my suspicions, I inquired as to whether there were any other rentals that would accept my granddaughter. The response to that, of course, was that there were none. It didn't take a genius to see that they needed to get renters for this unpleasant residence and, hopefully, I would be desperate enough to make that possible. Otherwise, they would have explained why all three of us were acceptable here, but not in any other rental. My granddaughter could not contribute financially and our source of income would remain the same, regardless of where we live. I will never do business with this agency again, and I warn anyone else considering such an association to be very careful! Look for deceit and dishonesty under their artificial posturing! If you are looking for a super rental office, try Plus Property. These ladies are wonderful and so helpful every step of the way. They really want to work with you and willingly keep you advised as to the current rental market. They are always agreeable to appointments for viewing available homes.

This realtor does not fix house appliances when regular maintenance is required (ice maker, dish disposal, etc.), communicate in a calm and direct manner, or know how to do math. She managed to mix myself and another one of her tenants up when giving back house deposits which ended up in me being shorted $1,000. Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." However, this was not a problem caused by us and should not had to have been solved by us.

My solution? A home a/c system. Our fear? Getting ripped off. Enter Belluz! A work colleague recommended Belluz, after another colleague mentioned Greg Belluz was a family relation, a great guy, and an honest businessman. Our buddy had gotten an estimate from a local (Santa Maria) business for nearly $10K. He called Belluz, and they came in at less than half the first estimate! Apparently, the first business was recommending an a/c system that would have been suitable for a home that was twice the size. We called Belluz and left a voicemail. They called back in a timely manner and we arranged for a visit to get an estimate. Greg arrived right on time, spent about 10 minutes surveying our home, and then discussed his proposal. He gave us a verbal estimate, and followed-up w/ a formal estimate via e-mail, two days later. Well within our budget, so we accepted the offer and scheduled an installation date. Again, Greg showed up right on time to do the work, and was finished in under 2 hours. A/C works like a champ!! They charged me for…read morecleaning the house saying that it was very dirty, even though I had pictures showing how clean it was. They also charged me for broken sprinklers and dry spots in the grass even though the sprinklers were always broken and maintained by them. I was told to leave wall mounts in order to avoid paying for holes and was still charged. If you rent from them take DETAILED PICTURES AND VIDEOS upon moving in and out or you may not get your deposit back. I do not recommend using their business.
