They made my move easy and painless last August 2017. Then the owner of the property decided no more rentals and they were forced to give me a 60-day notice to terminate my agreement. That notice came the day after I moved out of my condo in Calabasas as I needed to sell. The day after that I lost a dear writer friend to cancer. I was devastated. I had a really bad experience with Plus Property Management and Tower gave me advice of my rights as a prospective tenant (I haven't been one in many years.) They held my hand, then helped me find another awesome house. Not only did they empathize with my problem, but they went to work to solve it. I will forever be grateful. All was requested to be fixed but the majority was not fixed. That's the difference between renting and owning, we were not responsible for this and as the management they were to fix them Much like the constant sewage problem that they tried to cheap out to fix every time until it rained too much and the sewage deemed the house unlivable.
