Someone answered and indicated they would check and call me back. They never called me back. I called 30 minutes later. They said they couldn't reach the driver and they would call me back. They still never called me back. We got after the event time of 1 PM. We repeatedly tried calling from multiple phone numbers, no one would answer. Finally at 2:45 almost 2 hours into the event someone answered and said they they were not sure that they were having technical difficulties and they didn't have my address. They would call me back again and did not. At no time did anyone offer a refund. This place is a scam. And I'm reporting them to the Maryland Attorney General and taking them to small claims courts for triple damages. I had 25 children at my house and no bounce house. It was devastating. No explanation, no apology, no offer of fully refunding my money. Nothing. I called the next day to give them the option to settle this without going to small claims court. They denied it and claimed that the truck was broke down, which was never explained and again made no offer or resolution.
