I'll start this off by saying stay away. Just take your taxes and go elsewhere or do them yourself…read morebecause that's way less of a hassle than dealing with these people. Rudy was amazing when he was in the office and I went to him for many years. He sold the business and the new owners kept his name and are now smearing it all around elephant feces. Besides my personal and my business partners personal tax returns we also did our business tax return with them. We stoped services with them due to many things that added up. That being said this past January 2026 we got an email saying monthly prices were going to be $200 and that included payroll, corporate tax return, (2) personal tax returns and any consultations as needed. We agreed and continued service until May 2026 and we were told we would get a refund for the difference since we won't be using the 3 services at the end of the year that we already paid money towards from these previous invoices. Paid $800 and got $50 back and a email saying they charge $150 for payroll and that tax preps are going to be separate going forward... that's fine and dandy except for the fact we weren't told this and all of a sudden you're going to change the policy that we didn't agree to? Aundrea also stated that she didn't make us aware of this change because she didn't want the "business relationship to end on a sour note". So by not telling us and keeping our $ was to end on a sweet note? Money hungry grubs.
