At the end of the two years we were to pay $1000 back that wasn't so the IRS came back charging us $2000 for each year. I've called Joel aka Joe back several time since 2020 and 2021, I either get messages with a certain day to sort out the issues with the Taxes or I don't get a response back at all. I've been trying to track this man down for the past 7months and nothing. I've even gone to their office and they are closed. It's a shame this place just took our money and won't follow thru. I understand ppl get busy and make mistakes but he should accept accountability for his mistakes and help us out dealing with the IRS is no joke. I thought that was really nice. So the lady that took care of me was asking me all kinds of questions so that I could get more money i.e. she gave me money for using my cell phone for work purposes, yeah right I just use it to check in to work., but that was great. It starts out with the first contact - the group set a schedule and kept the appointment. The intake call was easy to understand and I walked away with my next steps.
