They can't develop the necessary reports we need to run our business. For example, I need a simple headcount report that reports all the active and termed employees within a certain timeframe (not always on a calendar year basis) and they're not able to do that. I've been working with their report developers to get such a report and we're going in to our 9th month of "development" and they still can't get the report correct. Additionally, their "standard" reports keep changing. Some reports I need only on a yearly basis, but so far each year I go to use the report it's been changed from the previous year (different column orders, different data included in the report, etc.) and my macros and vlookup formulas no longer work properly. I'm in my second year with them and I have to keep changing MY process to get the data I need. Basically, they're unreliable and apparently have no idea what they're doing.
