Emailed 5 other employees on the G and G 'Who's who' list trying to get anyone there to respond and NO-ONE can be bothered. 4 Days without Heat, hot water and stove until the landlord could rectify the situation. They are also very responsive via email if you have questions, concerns or need to speak to the their establishment.
