Our food was fresh and hot. I love that at Jack in the Box and sandwich with cheese will have melted cheese! Bravo! The restaurant wasn't particularly clean. We arrived in the late afternoon, so we aren't sure why the dining room hadn't been fully cleaned. That said, we were able to find clean seating. The woman who took our order was polite. Halfway thru my Breakfast Jack I noticed something wrong and brought it to her attention; she immediately agreed with me and said they would remake my sandwich. No attitude. So I was dispatched to acquire breakfast for myself, my wife and three grandchildren on a Sunday morning. I showed up here and there was absolutely nobody in the drive-through and I could not communicate with the drive-through person, so what decided to come inside. All the employees are moving at a sloth's pace ; think of the movie Zootopia, which I recently watched with my grandchildren, and the sloth segment of the show was just the same as at this restaurant. Everybody was moving in slow motion; at least our meal was freshly prepared because nobody had anything else to do other than to wait on me.. I will say the restaurant was spotless although the outside trash container was overflowing, go figure! read more

Really bad service. The workers faces are always angry. You ask for something nicely and they roll their eyes at you. Came today again, They gave me spoiled chicken. I almost threw up because of it! It is jack n the box so not sure if it's worth the review but...... Im doing it anyways So we came and stopped bc not much else was up and running since a little early, got here around 10:30 am. Had some kids with me so ordered quite a few chicken strip meals. Food came out after a small wait and it was all as expected. So I'm giving it a two because I had to change the curly fries on two meals to regular fries and one of the employees who took the order acted like it was such a big deal I apologized like twice... I mean I shouldn't feel bad bc I needed to change order, it hadn't even been prepared yet. Another employee came over very nicely and said she will take care of it. This is fast food. What do you expect, people? All and every fast food chain is going to mess up on your orders and have low quality food. If they leave out your fries, politely ask for them. This is a newly renovated Jack in the Box, with decently fast service most of the time. Food has been fast food quality all the times I've been here. This jack in the box in Brenham was recently renovated and has a cool, modern look to it now. It has become our ritual Saturday morning, special fast-food treat. Consistently delicious breakfast sandwiches and croissants, we also love the cheeseburgers. And a pretty decent iced coffee!! read more

I only go here for their tacos. If you want cheap tacos that taste good then go to Jack In The Box. The drink machine wasn't working for some drinks when I went but they were able to get me drink behind the counter. Customer service is also good. I've had no problems. read more

This place is a poor excuse for an eatery (fast food or not). They got my order wrong and would not correct it. Only reluctantly would they give me a refund. The bottom of the bag that the order came in was so grease soaked it left a stain on my passenger-side seat cover. For me to think this to be reputable business would take an unimaginable stretch of the imagination. To post this message requires posting at least 1 star. Good quality food not that expensive.friendly staff although i will say this. Have been coming here for last 2 years and young blonde girl with glasses not very good customer service. Got her for drive thru last 3 visits and always seems to forget something with order, and always forgets straws. My friends also notice this lately. I came with my family in happy mood, freshly out of work happy to be with my family, we ordered our food. 16 tacos, 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries one curly, one regular, 7 stuffed jalapenos, and get to the window and pay, ask for condiments, and was asked to pull to the front. I waited for seemed like forever, and then the worker comes and said what did you order and I said 16 tacos, and she said here and hurriedly gave me the food. I sneaked a French fry and it was cold, you would think after waiting my food would be hot, I was upset and left home 10minutes home. We arrived home and we the food to the table and son pointed out mom we do not have the 7 stuffed jalapenos. So now here I go back another 10 minutes, get there and the manager whom had a distinct shirt, kept giving me disrespectful looks of disgust. Eventually, she came to the counter and said smugly how can I help you, I informed her you forgot to put my jalapenos in my bag, I noticed when I got home. She then said can I see your receipt, which was on the counter she looked at put on the counter and walked of & just yelled at another co worker you forgot her jalapenos. So he started, then the lady continued to give me these look so I sat down, so I could cool my temper, I have never been so disrespect. After 10 minutes the placed the jalapeno box on the counter and slid it toward and said he these are yours. Then I had to ask for a bag. So I finally made it back home after 30 minutes to the cold food and proceed to get ready to eat, as my family waited for me. so now I unpacked the previously ordered food, and to my surprise NO BUTTERMILK, or TACO SAUCE, when asked in drive thru she as would you like ketchup, I said no just BUTTERMILK & TACO HOT SAUCE. This has to be the WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to!! Went thru the drive thru & the building and windows were dirty, greasy & disgusting!! The girl taking our order was rude & has NO concept of what customer service means! She repeated our order, got it wrong & then would not give us our food thru the window (made us lean out of our car to retrieve our food)!! Had to ask twice for ketchup & three times for a freaking receipt!! Got our food & the fries were cold & grilled chicken was soggy and gross with the smallest skimpiest little piece of chicken I've ever had!! She should be fired & the manager should not have a job as well! The health board needs to pay a visit to this place and shut it down! read more
