I placed an order on the app. I show up to the drive-thru line 2 minutes after the time I selected to pick up my order. It took about 15 minutes to get to the order screen with only one car ahead of me waiting to order. I told them I had a mobile order for my name. They told me to pull forward. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the window. They ask my name and go away for a few minutes. They come back and ask my name again then go away. Customer service here is horrible. Arrived at 10:30pm on 8/2/25, sat at the ordering screen with NO greeting for 7 minutes. Decided to drive up to the window to be sure they weren't closed. Sat at the window for another 4 minutes while the person inside ignored me the entire time. Finally someone else locked eyes with me so I asked them if they were closed. At this point the person at the window opened it finally, I asked again if they were closed and she said "No we're just busy". I used to really like going here, but recently I keep having bad experiences. I had contacted jack in the box about a problem I had with my meal, and after a week had gone by, the corporate management team apologized for the store management not contacting me, and sent me some coupons. I used the coupons today, and they pulled me to the side because it was being made fresh. When the employee came to hand me my meal, I said thank you, but he just glared at me and then walked off. I felt completely ignored. Some of the employees here have been really nice in the past, but some employees don't seem to care at all about common courtesies.
