I'd like to start off by saying this place is honestly never clean, the tables are always sticky, the floors are too, and there's trash everywhere. The people working also seem to not be fluent English speakers, so getting your order on time or properly is a gamble. The only one actually capable of working here is I think the manager, a younger lady. They also removed the soda machine, which was also always filthy and sticky. This is a place where you can come in clean, and I would bet 100 dollars you would leave with something on you sticky. Avoid it honestly. read more

Ok. Everyone who has givena review is not wrong about most of the things with this Jack n the box location, but I have to I don't think the problems are the employees fault and just not enough employees. Let me explain. My family and I tried this location for the first time and yes the floors were dirty, the soda machine was out of ice and the syrup and carbonation was wrong, and the wait time was long. But to be fair there were only 2 young ladies working and they were kicking ass. These two had to do the drive thru, the register, cook, clean, make the ice cream, and fill up drinks for customers because the soda machine was down. The food tasted great, the two girls were polite and professional and I have to say we were all happy. If this location can get a few more employees they would have a dynamite restaurant. I ordered the popcorn chicken box and when I opened it up, it looked like half of it had already been eaten. It's ridiculous that they served the smallest pieces too. The Coke I got with the meal had no flavor. read more

Dearest Vanessa, I am told you are the manager working this early morning. You did a great disservice to your team today. We came through your drive thru at 1:25am and after a few minutes were asked to park in front and our order would be brought out when ready. Ok sure no problem. However, we along with other customers waited almost 30 minutes and still had not received our orders. We finally asked for a refund but were told that we could not receive a refund and would have to wait just a few more minutes for our food because there was no manager on site and they could get fired for issuing a refund. A young man eventually brought out our food to us and tried to diffuse the situation as we were very upset. Something that YOU should have been doing as the manager. While you were no where to be found, your team who was very short staffed were dealing with angry customers and a line of cars at your drive thru. To the young man who was dealing with this angry customer, I am sorry you had to deal with this situation and this was not at all your fault. You did a good job at trying to explain and handle the situation and you deserve better than this. Your manager "team leader" greatly let you down. read more

I had to repeat my order 5 times before he understood Im ordering a grilled chicken southwest salad with southwest dressing. While Im ordering you can hear a female employee laughing and laughing and talking to him while he is taking my order. This is unprofessional and extremely rude. I get home open my salad and there's no corn or black beans. I got a garden salad. Had they been working maybe they could get a simple order right. Horrible restaurant-very dirty. We were the only ones there and still waited over 20 min, not even an apology for taking so long, meanwhile all the employees taking breaks and asking one person maybe the manager how to do the burgers. This is what was given to us as a buttery Jack burger. We ordered two and let me tell you side by side they were not the same. Being what the economy is and telling ourselves let's go get a burger and choosing Jack in The Box because it's our favorite, left us disappointed. My wife loves Jack in The Box, and needless to say I'm glad she wanted to eat the burgers while on the way home as the disappointment would've been much more grand should she find out at home (which is 15mins away) that her burger was less than decent. So, my wife decides to take us back to inform them of the difference between the two burgers that should look the same, and was a met with an immediate we'll make you two new ones, though my wife said "only one the other is fine," but the female worker said "no ma'am we'll make you two new ones. While she waited the other three males working were doing there jobs, but the male putting together the burgers did not look or seem like he wanted to be there. Tossing buns on the counter, throwing the veggies into people's burgers with no thought or care or presentation. Before my wife was given her her burgers after watching the gentleman very carefully as to make sure the food wasn't being tampered with, she overheard an employee tell a walk in customer that he couldn't open the register because they need the Manager's code and that they were all minors. WTF!?! The employee mentioned how all Manager's get together for a "meeting," and that's why they had to put his order through the drive thru. SMH. Worst experience at this location. absolutely terrible!!! they take so long I was waiting at the window for over 20 minutes and heard them giggling. They took over 30 minutes to get us our food and they didn't have the food we wanted. She was very rude. There was no line and barley anybody in the drive thru and it still took over 20 minutes. There was only a single car in the drive thru and they ordered 2 things and that alone took 35 minutes. Overall 0/10. read more

Wait time is long and food is cold, dry or stale. I've had their burgers,tacos and fries. However, their jalapeño poppers are okay sometimes when the cheese isn't melted out and left hollow. read more

Their service is bad and the workers there are bad . One of the workers that worked there threw the food to me and closed the window in the drive thru and they didn't even put meat in the tacos they just put lettuce and salsa and they are very rude I would not recommend to go there the workers need to be more nicer and have a better attitude! read more
