    Regular Cajun Fries
    Jozel R.

I haven't physically gone into Five Guys in over 10yrs and thought it was okay, at that time felt their burgers were under-seasoned and dry so I just never took the time to return. Fast forward to spring break weekend we took our kids to Kids Empire and decided to have lunch here. Looking at the menu didn't realize it was al a carte. They did offer a classic combo (little cheeseburger, little fry and classic drink) which we ordered for our 3 yo, honestly such a good deal! My husband and I both got a cheeseburger and regular Cajun fries with an Oreo crème milk shake. Mariah was the one who took our order and she was so patient, since we haven't be there in a long while she took the time to explain and answered our questions because we had no clue that a cheeseburger came with 2 patties. Toppings (All the way) free of charge but certain ones were extra. Our food came out quick, hot and fresh. The burgers were so delicious the beef patty had so much flavor and it was juicy. The fries were fresh and they dropped extra in the bag. The Oreo crème shake tasted like a regular vanilla no Oreo flavor. Self serve drinking station and condiments. The resturant is clean. Overall good we had a great experience. Will definitely return and not wait another decade. A-bit on the pricey side, and it definitely adds up when it's al a carte. Classics combo FTW.

6/29/23 Really really liking their veggie cheese sandwich! Ordered for lunch! It's open and only been open a week! No wait. The worker was very kind. He wasn't certain when I asked for hot sauce, but the manger was great and took over helping. Hot sauce will be on the side. Very nice inside. All the red and white square decor. Music playing inside. Paid for the order and wished a good day! Waited a bit. Got some peanuts. It gets better! The manager said toppings are free and I could add jalapeños. What? Seriously? Already had my order ready and complete, but was happy to give jalapeños on the side. Yes! Received along with a thank you! Lunchtime! It was REALLY DELICIOUS. They didn't include the hot sauce, but the fresh jalapeños made up for it! Fresh veggies, loved the fresh jalapeños to spice it up, fresh bread and cheesy! The bomb! Great service and delicious, great veggie cheese sandwich with jalapeños added! Highly recommended!

The burgers here are really good and they're a good size too. I like all the toppings you can put on the burger as well. The people here are nice and the restaurant is clean. These burgers are really high quality, but this place is expensive for burgers. If you don't mind spending a little more for a burger, then I would definitely try this place out.

Ordered a little cheeseburger and my husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they swapped our burgers (all of the toppings I chose where on a two patty burger when my burger only had one, and vice versa for my husband). We ended up just fixing it ourselves since we waited a little over 10 minutes for the food. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty and if you wanted to sit down, you had to clean the tables / chairs yourself.

My gf always wants five guys and I can't blame her. I really enjoy this place for a good traditional burger. It can be a little pricey, but it is well worth it. The burgers are always so good and you can choose a number of toppings. I love the fries here they are crispy and cooked perfectly. Lastly, the service is always on point. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and when being handed my food the server was kind and generous with the fries. I highly recommend this place for a good burger joint.

I called twice and let the phone ring off the hook. We ordered online for pick up only for my burger to be raw. Halloween is close but come on guys, Booooo.

Delicious ! I love five guys but the prices are really getting ridiculous. Burger and fries = $18 . Soooo its definitely a once in a blue moon type of treat. The wait was also very long, like 20 minutes. Also the person in line behind me only ordered fries. And she waited longer than I did. I respect the whole, getting the orders out in order. But i do think there should be a more efficient way to make orders such as shakes and fries more efficiently. A person who orders just fries shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for them.

This place sucks. The workers here are so rude. First I tried to call in my order and they hung up on me two times. Then I called a third time and then they said they wouldn't serve anyone over the phone anymore and to come in the store. I came in and ordered a burger and they didn't have half of the stuff I wanted! Plus when I was leaving, I heard them telling guests they won't take their order even though it was only 8:50pm in the store. I hope they change, the food is most of the time good.

It seems there is a line to be drawn, those who prefer Five Guys and those who prefer In and Out. I have to side with In and Out. However, Five Guys does offer better food than your run of the mill fast food joint. For around $5 you are going to get a big ole burger that comes with not one but two patties. Size wise I think you are getting a deal. One thing to note though, there are no combos at this place, so order wisely. Once you decide whether you want a regular burger (which means two patties) or a small burger (which means one patty), you have to decide the toppings and cheese. I decided to have "everything" which meant = mustard, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms but I left the cheese off. Now say you don't like all those items...well, be rest assured there are additional items like jalapenos, chili's and other items that you can pick and choose from. Next thing to decide..how do you want your fries? You can get a small cup or a large cup. I highly recommend the small cup because I swear to god, that it came with enough fries to feed 4 people! Yes, the small is indeed large and I can only image that the large could feed an army! In addition to size you can choose whether you want your fries regular or spicy. We went with regular. The Five Guys fries are thick. No shoe string here. They are also made direct from the potato hence the thickness. Of course, I tried the fries first which were good but not super fabulous in my book. Need a bit more seasoning to make the super fabulous rating. The burger came wrapped in aluminum foil and upon unwrapping I saw a burger that looked like it could be in one of those TV commercials. It looked plump, bright and beautiful. I was very excited to bite into it. I was hoping the thing would knock my socks off after all, you couldn't help but miss all the awards and adulation's and not to mention, the Zagat rated sign, on the walls of the restaurant. But despite the sign that said "The burger stops here," I would have to disagree in this burger beating the In and Out burger. The thing lacking in my opinion, is the cravable factor. See, I crave In and Out burgers. There is some kind of unique crack in them that makes me think about their burger and which keeps me coming back for more. While this was a good burger it missed that certain quality that would keep me thinking about that burger in the middle of the night. In fact, thinking about a burger in the middle of the night belongs to my favorite burger of all time (the Juicy Burger in Hollywood). Burger and fries aside, the coolest thing about Five Guys was the 4 flavor ice tea machine. I had never seen on of those machines before. Basically you push the button of the flavor of the kind you want and walla you get your tea squirted out to you in your glass. I guess I was amazed because a) I love ice tea and b) I hardly ever get 4 choices of tea. Anyhow, Five Guys, it was fun to visit you but you are not in my top tier of burgers. Those remain with my 5 star chums, the Juicy Burger, the In and Out Burger and the Grill Em All Burger.

I also ordered a side of fries. I really enjoyed my Birria tacos, tender shredded beef, tortilla was nicely coated with the sauce and seared. Dipped in that consome, oh man it was so good. The al pastor burrito was a little underwhelming, lots of beans but very little meat. Just tasted like a bean burrito because that's how much beans were in there. My kids liked their meal, but I think there's a little too much seasoning inside the beef taco. The fries were amazing, loved them. Service can be better, the gentleman was a little bit all over the place and forgot a few items in the beginning like giving us utensils to eat when food has already arrived, and also forgetting to give a sauce we requested. I like the decor inside, it's colorful and has some nice art. Restrooms for women and men are separated by each side. Overall experience was 7.2/10

We arrived at 9:57 AM, but the doors were locked and the chairs were still flipped on the tables. We then saw three employees walk in through a side door carrying fountain drinks. We made eye contact, but no one acknowledged us or indicated whether they were open or closed. My husband called to ask if they were open, and the employee said yes and told us to enter through the side door. A few minutes later, they opened the front door for the public. The food was just okay, nothing special. I didn't care for the salsa, it was too thick and the chips were very hard but crispy. My husband said he wouldn't order the chilaquiles again. They tasted like chips covered in canned enchilada sauce. My chorizo burrito was filling but tasted more like a bean burrito than chorizo. Overall, this wouldn't be a go-to spot for us, and we wouldn't return. It was disappointing, especially for a place with such high foot traffic in the area.

It was succulent, saucy, and deeply comforting. The pork was rich and exceptionally moist without being mushy, carrying deep smoky and savory flavors from the slow-smoking process and well-seasoned rub. The BBQ sauce was equally well-balanced--subtly spiced, tangy, and slightly sweet. It complemented the richness of the pork rather than masking it, and I appreciated that it was neither overly drippy nor sticky. The vinegary housemade slaw added the perfect contrast, bringing fresh crunch along with a briny, acidic sharpness that balanced the savory meat beautifully. The garlic-butter French roll held everything together nicely without falling apart, yet remained soft enough to absorb the sauce. I was not nearly as impressed with the tri-tip sandwich, which happens to be their best seller, though I still enjoyed it overall. The tri-tip itself was on point: thinly sliced, tender, medium-rare smoky beef piled onto a garlic-toasted French roll and complemented by tangy BBQ sauce. It delivered smoky, savory, juicy flavors with a satisfying contrast between the tender meat and the crunchy bread, which held the juices well without becoming soggy. That said, I thought the sandwich could have used a little more meat, which likely explains the popularity of the Jump Tri-Tip -- a larger version of the regular tri-tip sandwich that adds more meat on the same excellent bread for only a few dollars more. I also felt the sandwich needed an additional element to elevate it further--perhaps caramelized onions for sweetness, melted cheese for richness, or a sharper horseradish cream or garlic aioli to add more depth and contrast. Service was warm and friendly throughout, and I am always greeted with a smile.
