Customer Service SUCKS. As soon as my order was going to be taken, the worker made a grotesque face and rolled her eyes asking "what do you want" and then I proceeded to order. We got our order, ate, and had leftovers so I went to go ask for a small bag and she sighed, rolled her eyes again and made a "what the heck" hand signal. If asking for a small bag is such a problem you guys are better off going to a better location. The girl had red hair and was very rude. Trust. read more

I personally thought Jack N the Box was 24hr inside and out. Although I decided to go through drive through and it took longer than ONE HOUR to get to my food. I tried to go inside and the response I got was "we are only taking drive through". This service SUCKS! I never leave reviews until of was this bad. read more

We stopped by here on our way back home. It's no where near our house but I'm glad we stopped. Emma and another young lady were working and they were both so polite. Our order was fresh and hot and bagged to make it easier for me to verify the order. If we ever come back this way we will be stopping by here. Thank you foe the great service!!!!! read more

There jack in the box drive thru service sucks they should really think about who they are putting to take drive through orders. 08/15/20 @11:45am. It was a lady and she did not understand nothing I was telling her and told me they could not do order combos in small. I've been there before and I'm sure they can. She also started to give attitude due to how long the order was. The worst. read more

This is a great choice to go have lunch with friends, but with my experiences going there they always seem to forget about the ingredients in my food. For example my burger was a bbq bacon double cheese burger & once i got home and opened up my burger there was no bacon.... One of my friends ordered curly fries and they ended up giving him regular fries instead. This happened about 3 times in our lunches there. Other times service is slow & they're drinks are sour. I hope we can improve this place for the better good of lamont . read more

She described it as a small hole in the wall that has incredible, delicious authentic Mexican food. Very true! We were given free samples of aqua Fresca to try - and they were delicious. I couldn't follow exactly what the owner said was in them (my Spanish is terrible)- but the first had pineapple and cucumbers I believe and it was so refreshing and wonderful. The second tasted as if it had chocolate in it, but when my friend clarified with the owner - no, there wasn't chocolate in it. It reminded me of Mexican hot chocolate - only served cold. It was so good. My friend got the Horchata, which she always gets. I couldn't decide between the grilled fish and shrimp plate or the steak ranchero, so the very accommodating owner said he would make me a "plate" (singular) with both! How nice! I love it when I can get food the way I like it! In the end, I was served two big separate plates of delicious food !- The fish which I believe was tilapia - was perfectly grilled, lightly breaded. I asked for a salad, to go with it (passing on the beans and rice), and I was surprised when the salad came with a lot of sliced avocado. Then he brought out a whole plate of the Steak Ranchero. It was sooo spicy (even for me), but I couldn't stop eating it! I was on a diet, like I said, but who could resist fresh tortillas! My friend got the quesadilla, which is her favorite. It was huge... and she was very happy with it. She's a tiny thing, but she ate all of hers. The owner came by a handful of times to check on us. Did I need a box to take my food home? He assumed I guess that I would not be eating all that food. "OH NO!" I told him, "I'm eating all of it!" Our intention was to give the sweet faced dog who was hanging out, a bit of our lunch, but we ate everything except a few tortillas. I tried to get a little bit of the juice from my plates to flavor the tortilla and offered it to her. She said, "Eh, I'm on Keto" and walked away. Oh well.
