Why review a Jack in the Box? We stopped in for breakfast today for the second time this week. My type one diabetic toddler decided he couldn't live without the new and limited time banana French toast sticks. Of course, there was not nutritional information for this on the site and when I asked the lady at the drive thru if she could help me out, she went above and beyond to help me find the information to make sure my little one got the right amount of insulin. Did we find it? No, but because of her, we had a good idea of where to start and her kindness stood out to me. She personally delivered the food to our car (because we had to pull around-family of 5 so a big order) and she brought a nutrition booklet for me and was so incredibly kind. The food at this location is always hot and fresh, they never forget things from our order, and they are always kind. There have been several occasions where somebody here has gone above and beyond for me and my family. We don't do fast food often but when we do, I hope they're all like this one. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could, but since one is the lowest that's what it'll get. Needless to say if you choose to eat at this establishment, please inspect your food closely piece by piece to ensure that it is not molded. Yes, I said molded, M-O-L-D-E-D.! I stopped by this establishment to try the new bacon double smash burger along with grabbing a couple other favorites haven't been to this chain of establishment and years and was hearing great things how this is solely related to the location on 1488 where I ended up getting sick from consuming molded bread, products specifically a tortilla That they used for their fish wrap. Now, in all fairness, I will admit that I did return to the establishment and bring it to their attention and they said that they were going to put it in a group chat and address it. The young man that was there that evening was very polite and helpful in contacting his manager, and they did offer me a refund. Nonetheless, under no circumstances should any entity be serving molded food. They need to be checking their dates checking their supplies and obviously that's not being done. I shouldn't have to inspect my food piece by piece before consuming it to ensure that it is safe for my consumption. I don't do a lot of eating at fast food restaurants normally anyway. however this night I was just trying to grab something quick and taste this new burger. Oh mayne! Let me tell you sumtin. This place BUSSIN! Got me's a bacon cheeseburger and Oreo Ice Cream shake for dippz 1, 2, and IT WAZ STACKED! Gee whiz better than cheese whiz lemme tell ya. I hate Jack N The Box...until I came here. Must try. Can't even be considered fast food. More like gourmet dining. The service is impeccable. I frequent this location since I've moved here for late night snacks, especially after I get off work. Usually the staff is so kind & always the same person at the window when I go through. I went Sunday late night (10/13/24) & the white young girl & a male coworker worker were smoking outside while I was waiting to order at the drive through. When I got to the window she was extremely rude. She snatched my card out of my hand, and slammed the window in my face. When she gave me the card back she slammed the window again. After she handed me my food, I asked for avacado ranch sauce that I asked for my tacos & she literally screamed at me when I only asked because there was none in the bag. I went to the parking lot to eat my food & watch Tik Tok & almost immediately after she walked out with another male coworker and smoked again. Not my business what goes on there but I will not be returning if that girl is working. She needs another job. read more

Been here twice and have sat in the drive thru with 2 cars total and waited for 25 minutes. The speaker when you order doesn't work to where you can hear the person taking your order. By far the slowest place I have ever been to. read more

As far as Jack in the Boxes go, this one is always clean, fast, friendly. The restrooms are clean! That's a big plus for me. :)

Phone number does not work. Called to get my credit card back. Left the drive thru without receiving it after payment. Can't even reach a manager to approach the situation in anyway or manner. Can't even confirm whether they have it or not.... read more
