I made a review a year ago stating how awful this location was. There was never any staff, they were always shutting down randomly. Don't get me wrong the management is still shit and they run off any decent employee they do get. There's been a couple great employees I've had the pleasure of meeting Sophia ( no longer works there) Johnathon (fired) and Kefrivk. There's been so many times the staff has told me cooks don't show up and they have to make the food and take orders. Not even the managers come up to help them despite how busy it can get. Still only getting minimum wage. Kefrivk is probably the main reason I started coming back, if they were to let him go I honestly think that place would go to shit. He's there like every time I go. No body else. My outlook on the grave yard shifts has definitely changed and I should've updated this a while back. It sucks this is the only 24 hr fast food chain in that area. You would think they would capitalize on that. Staff is a reflection of the management. If the management did a better job They would be doing everything to keep the people they have instead of punishing them for mistakes that could've been avoided. Got hungry on a Monday night 1:30 AM. Decided to go to this location and it was the best decision I've made!! The woman that helped me was Susie, and she offered the BEST service I've ever received. She asked if I wanted extra sauce, repeated the order back to me, and had a smile on her face when I asked her for even more sauces. The food was also cooked to perfection! When I asked if they were staying open until 10pm she told me they are closed early regardless of their business hours. Not a happy experience....11:29 pm. Went through drive thru. Ordered Ultimate Cheeseburger meal with large curly fries and large drink. Also ordered additional ultimate cheeseburger sandwich only and 7 count jalapeno poppers. Paid cash. JIB# 4817 DRIVE THRU #195 ....Got home, opened bag to find missing one Ultimate cheeseburger. Called immediately to report, no answer. Went to voicemail. Voicemail full. Sent text page. Called, called, called, no answer, no call back. after 10-15 minutes of trying to call, store closed at midnight. Burger was fine, cut in half to eat with my wife. Fries were fine. Poppers were fine. No Napkins. Called again, throughout the day next day...not successful, no answer, no call back. Called again the next day...again, not successful, no answer, no cal back. Submitted online form with Jack in the box online. still no call, no service recovery ...going on more than 10 days already... I don't want to burn more gas nor more time if i'm not confident the management or Jack in the box will make this right. So far, bad service from this location and bad service from Jack in the box online. No service recovery. My recommendation is to avoid this location unless you don't mind bad service and burning energy in hours, days, money and gas just trying to recover what you paid for. I've had some bad experiences at Jack in the Box in the past, but this location is the worst I've ever experienced, but at least they're consistent in disappointing. I know it's fast food, but it's the only place open when I get off of work after the night shift. Well, sometimes it's open. Sometimes there's a sign on the drive through saying they're shut down for maintenance... for several days in a row. Last time I could only order stuff made in the fryer "because the cook was about to leave". This time they were only accepting mobile orders, but only on the app. The website said online ordering was unavailable. And after all of that, if the order is correct, and that's a big IF, sometimes it takes an absurdly long time despite being the only customer. I truly wish there were ANY other establishments that were open before 6am on my route home, which sucks because I love Jack-in-the-box. Oh and according to one of the workers, don't bother going on Monday mornings, they will be closed. If I knew how to give less than one star, this place would have a hard time even earning that. There has only been one friendly drive thru person in the last year or so and I don't think she is there anymore because now all I get is "what can I get you?" or "you ready?" Wish I could put 0 stars! First time I came in was a friday night around 7:00. There were some highschool kids in there ordering 100 tacos. The manager looked flustered and screamed at my friend and I that they were closed and only the drive through was open. (we went somewhere else) Second time I came in was 10/11/14 for lunch at 12:00. We came in and the same manager was on duty. We ordered and sat down. There were about 8 people in there (including myself and a friend) they were so slow. We didn't get our food for 20 minutes and one employee kept giving wrong orders to the wrong people. The people in front of us it took them 30 min to get their food and the manager was screaming at her employees in front of customers. No employee should be talked that way EVER no mater how bad they screw up. We were about to get up and leave when the manager said "Lock the door we are closed, no one else" right then a group of 4 were walking in and they shooed them out of the store. They did not say hello, acknowledge us, nor did they show any intention of helping us. There was no one inside besides us, and one person was in the drive through line, so they were not swamped with orders (1115 AM). One employee was putting together orders, the other spent five minutes trying to figure out the tea machine, walking by us multiple times. When Another employee who was starting her shift, checked into the cash register and disappeared. I took about 5 minutes of being ignored, said goodbye and left without placing an order.... Love Jack in the Box, just not this location. They are INCREDIBLY slow. The food is consistent with other locations, but for some reason they can't get the speed right. I've gone back several times with the same slow response time. When you look inside, there are plenty of workers who aren't busy... just not doing anything.
