Went through the drive-through.. mind you I actually ordered on the Mobil app IN THE PARKING LOT just moments before I pulled into the drive through. I asked if they could prepare the food fresh & piping hot, the young man said sure let me tell them.. and bit later brought me the food.. the drive through had been and was congested so I got out & headed down the road.. got down the road little ways & checked the bags.. OMG.. everything was cold & the fries tasted like they had sat there since breakfast & I've cold Tacos, the breakfast i wasn't about to try & be sick for an old egg.. just guessing giving what I just experience!. I let the Mobil app know when I got home there was a major issue & Jack's response was they we're currently experiencing high contact volume and will take a while to get back to me.. WTF.. Went through the drive thru. The young man says i will be right with you and i wait for more than 10 minutes. No one ever comes back on the speaker. I keep waiting as the cars are lining up behind me. I give up and leave. This is a common thing with the drive thru or they are just plain rude. Stopped in on 6/26/22 on our way through from Dallas. Goodness..three, yes THREE attempts to get our order right. We went inside, ordered and the cashier read it back. Everything was correct. They call our number, we get our tray, one burger is completely wrong...Sourdough Jack and was supposed to be Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack. They take the wrong one and go to make the correct one. 20 minutes later, still another sourdough. So another 15 minutes and it's still not correct, but close enough I guess. Seriously? While I usually go here and choose to overlook the slow service, I was not pleased today. I ordered two breakfast combos - one with half & half tea, one with Diet Coke...and an order of mini pancakes. I got home with the two combos, no pancakes, an unsweet tea & a coke. Have had a love affair with their tacos since childhood. Burgers can be a bit boring, but that's not why I go. I love love love their tacos!! Want to know why I go at least once a week now? Mini tacos! So yummy! Have had both kinds and have to say both are over the top delicious. What can I say? They remind me of childhood. Did I mention how good they are?? Also love that they have non soda options other than boring tea. I mean, tea is great, but sometimes it gets old when it's your only option. I got to say, these folks are WONDERFUL. Every time, EVERY TIME I go there, the staff is smiling and courteous and above and beyond what is required for a fast food restaurant. I don't know how you can legitimately be that nice to people day to day working a drive through. Almost every day for half a year, these folks made my morning a little better. Thank you. You really made a difference and the food is always top notch. You made me a Jack in the Box fan, and I really wasn't before using a coupon at your store. Okay we came in tonight and ordered and ate inside. The front counter help took there time about getting to the front counter to help us. However when we went to leave we ordered some items to go and they royally screwed up. First of all the girl who was in charge of the front counter had went outside to take a break with her friends. The other people working the drive thru and cooking stared at us waiting to be helped.... They didn't acknowledge us whatsoever. She finally came back in by now there are 4 people in line waiting to order. We had a coupon for buy one taco get one free and we purchased a jack munchie meal as well. The burger with the munchie meal we asked for no taco sauce. They called our number they had only given us the burger and one taco. Then they took the bag back and put the rest of the order with it. When we got to the house the burger had a piece of meat and some stuffed jalapeños on it with no slices jalapeños no cheese or anything else that was suppose to go on it. They still only gave us one taco. This place is pitiful. Also the girl had rap music blaring on her phone while she wipes the counters off in the lobby..... Very unprofessional!! The owner should really look at management and staff who runs this place in the evenings. They are not representing this establishment well at all. read more

I am very upset with this jack in the box. I'm traveling 8 hours and didn't want to go into a gas station. I'm thirsty and just need water, I order 6 tacos and ask for a large water. He told me he had to charge me I said that was fine expecting it to be 50 cents or so. Nope he rang in a large coke!!!! $2.30 for a large water at a drive thru. So then when I get upset he let know I could get a small one for free. -_- I needed the water, a lot not a little. So I bought a water bottle that's more convient, taste better, and has more water than a small. Only $1.50. A dollar cheaper for a bottle than some dumb cup!!!! read more

My family and I go to Sulphur Springs once a year to buy school clothes and eat at Jack in the Box. We have been doing that for years. Last year we went it wasn't the greatest but we decided to try again this year because it is tradition. Let me start by saying I was really disappointed. First we placed an order for which we were not given a receipt, the cashier handed us cups for our drinks with his hand inside them. I had to ask for more cups because of santation issues. Then we sat down. When we got our food the buns and meat were Very dry and the burgers were soaked in condiments. There was so much on them I had to scrape it off. Once I did that I began to eat my burger which was absolutely awful. I did not even eat half of it. Shame to waste the money but I could not make myself eat it. I then decided to try the bacon potato wedges which are my favorite thing to get there and the more of them I ate the worse it tasted. They tasted old and like they had been sitting in lard. None of us were able to complete our meal. We left to take the long trip back and three of the five of us got sick to our stomach. It is such a shame that such a wonderful tradition for my family turned into a very bad idea. We have decided that we just can't eat at this place anymore. Since it is the closest Jack in the box to us we have to say good bye to Jack. Such a sad day for us. read more

Stopped by yesterday and experienced the worst service ever. I have never seen such incompetent staff in my lifetime. We waited almost 30 minutes for food. Told the young lady at the counter and she didn't seem to know anything. Her answer was we only have two hands. I said that other people that got there well after us, were getting their food and asked what was going on, again clueless. We finally gave up and told the manager that we wanted our money back. Again, she had no idea what was going on with the place or how to lead her staff. Two sandwiches...unbelievable. Finally stopped at one in Princeton Texas and had two cars in front of us and it took 3 minutes and food was fresh and hot, that's how it's supposed to work. I wouldn't even give this place one star, but no way to rate lower. I will be contacting the company to let them know. read more
