Worst performance for a " convenient food restaurant " especially the drive-through. It's not that good.

This chick-fil-a has always been very good. Stop here when we are in the area. Haven't had a bad experience

I love chick-fil-a but this location SUCKS. It took 15 minutes just to order. Then the cashier entered our order incorrectly. Luckily my husband noticed it on the receipt. Then an employee Laura asked me if I was pregnant. I'm not! This place needs new management and employees. read more

Owner here is truly humble. She cleans the bathroom herself while letting the staff enjoy their breakfast before their shift. Food is top quality to the standard of any other Chic-fil-a. Had to give a review after seeing ownership like this. read more

We're from Arkansas but make the trip to DFW 3 times a year to catch a flight for vacation. I have a gluten intolerance so the only place on the road I can safely eat at (and enjoy!!) is chick fil a. We have found this one to the best ever!! The house manager(as I call her) Ms Laura is the sweetest lady! She remembers us, chats with everyone, so helpful! Staff is great. Bathrooms clean. well, my wife, my son and myself went to try to eat a good sandwich. We order our food and everything came wrong. We come back trying to make it right whoever is in charge all he did is open our sandwich and remove pot of the pickles and give it back to us. The same box all nasty and greasy they did it wrong again. this is the worst service and employees. I would've never come back . read more

I give it 2 stars for customer service bc the employees are nice & always willing to fix the problem but honestly it is the absolute worst. They have literally never gotten my order correct and today on top of the wrong order the food was disgusting. Soggy flavorless sandwich & fries. I don't know how it could be so bad but it was. First of all, I love Chick-fil-A. My food was great, but my service was subpar for what you expect from Chick-fil-A. I was able to walk right up and order when I walked in because no one was in front of me and it wasn't busy. I then waited 12 minutes for a chicken biscuit meal. I pulled in here Tuesday morning with the expectation that this store would be clean and the people would be friendly. What I received was a dirty bathroom with almost no toilet paper in the men's restroom. The young lady that took my order was friendly. However the rest of the folks walked around with scowls in their face. Maybe I was too early for them. Some lady was letting the crew know that they didn't have any salads. I just want to brag on the entire staff at this location. We called ahead bc we knew about the covid-19 restrictions AND we were dragging a cattle trailer. We parked, ordered on the app, but were struggling to get it downloaded at first. Multiple employees came out to check and see if we were ok, what we needed, and when the manager came out to deliver our large order, she was so helpful and so nice. They all truly went above and beyond due to the circumstances. We are always impressed by the customer service at any chick fil a, but these employees were beyond outstanding today! Was passing through Sulphur springs today and decided to stop for quick dinner and a break with a restless 5 year old. We had a great time here. Great service by all! Restaurant was very clean including the play area. My daughter wanted a chocolate ice cream in a cone and was upset they only had vanilla. The associate was awesome and told her she could make her an ice cream in a cone with chocolate on top. I was exhausted and my daughter was happy! So for me this simple gesture meant a whole lot!
