When it came time to pop the question, I went to Jack Lewis immediately. I told John what she wanted and he told me that he would get her the perfect diamond. He called me a couple weeks later and informed me that he had hand-picked a diamond for her while he was at an International Gem Society conference in Belgium. I didn't know what to say. He sent me pictures of the diamond and it was absolutely perfect in every way. When I finally saw the diamond, all I could say is that the pictures did not do it justice: it was flawless. The very upmost honest store for any person to trust. I purchased a ring from an auction and wanted to reset the center stone. All of the stores that I went to did not tell me that my real ring was not real . Jack Lewis said they would reset the ring but in all honest that the center stone was not real and didn't want to sell me a setting that is a honest store. None of the other stores advise me of my center stone be not real. They all wanted to sell me a new expensive setting. But not Jack Lewis. That is where I will shop from now on. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the item you are buying. Over the last year, we have gone to the store on 4 different occasions to look at engagement rings. Each time, they provide you with great service and don't haggle you to buy. I love how they can customize any order and they have their own repair shop in house. When you are buying something as important as an engagement ring, you want the process to be simple and memorable. We got off to a bad start at a different jewelry store that day, but after we walked inside Jack Lewis we were taken care of. We went during Bling Fest weekend. We haven't received the finally product yet but I am confident that we will continue to receive great customer service. Thank you for the great experience!
