Okay, so Dynamite is a really nice store, and I really liked their clothes. However, I was really…read moreupset when I left after my visit yesterday (Feb 10, 2019). So I walked into the store, and the store associate greeted me, as usual. The store was quite empty, it was just me, and one other woman in there in the fitting rooms (though I didn't know she was there yet). As I was browsing, the associate called another associate, who I assume was her supervisor. The supervisor also greeted me and chatted for a moment, so I thought all was fine, but soon I realized that she was following me around the store, and staring at me. I don't know if she thought I was trying to steal something or what, but I was just very uncomfortable. Once, I caught her eyes staring at me, and she said "Oh I'm so sorry, I was spacing out," and trailed off making some fake excuse, but then continued to follow me and stare at me. The worst part is that I didn't even have a bag or something. I literally had no way of stealing clothes, and even if I did, I wouldn't do it. I feel very upset that they would assume such a thing, and I think it's safe to say that I will never be stepping foot into any Dynamite again, especially not this one.

I've been to many Coach locations across North America, but this was hands-down the best experience I've had. Fei was incredibly attentive and helpful. One of the bags I chose was the last one available company-wide, and she made sure I inspected it thoroughly just in case there were any defects (thankfully, there weren't!). For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. She included boxes for the purses, and even smaller ones for wallets and card holders. Fei, thank you for making my shopping trip so special you're truly amazing!

As a last ditch effort, I called this location and much to my disappointment, I received the same response. It was not the answer I wanted to hear as much as it was not the answer she wanted to give so she asked me to hold while she took a physical look around the store and in the back. Tada! She found my purse!!! I'm still not sure why it wasn't showing in their inventory but I was thankful that she took the effort to actually look for it. It was late on a Wednesday night and I knew I wouldn't be able to go to Niagara Falls until the weekend so I asked if she could hold it for me. From what I understand, they typically only hold an item for 48 hours but she extended that for me to ensure the purse would be held until the following Monday, giving me plenty of time to make the trek out to the Falls. We left after work on Friday and two hours later, I had my purse. :)))) The store itself is nicely laid out and, at 6pm on a Friday, was busy, but not overly crowded. All of the staff I spoke with were friendly and ready to help. My overall experience at this location was excellent and I would have to say, it's definitely worth checking them out.
