I browsed the many racks of clothing and tried on a couple of items and ended up buying a top for $5--a bargain! There are many racks of clothes, not always clearly marked in terms of sized or prices (that's the only knock on the store). Gently used clothing was about 25% of retail prices, which is excellent. They have a lot of vintage wear, lots of Bills apparel (of course), concert T-shirts, jeans, and nicer clothes, too, that you could absolutely wear to work. Be prepared to spend some time browsing, as the organization of the store wasn't apparent. There was a lot to look at, too, which may take some time. New items come in frequently, so I plan to return often. I feel good knowing the items aren't ending up in a landfill. I hope the store continues to be a success in the area.

The styles and sizes don't fit was they used to (changes in us not them I'm sure), but this is a nice outlet store anyway. They have one at Woodbury Commons as well, and they both seem to be hybrid stores. Some stuff is clearance/outlet, other stuff is more "regular store". Since some of the other stores at Woodbury do this too (Ugg comes to mind), this is something that stores seem to do now. I like this store, especially when shopping with others, who always seem to love it. After the Holidays they have some nice clearance on gloves and other outdoor things.

Thankfully, this chain has kept the outlet store in Niagara Falls and I am SO GRATEFUL since this is one of my all time favorite places to shop. The outlet store is really half outlet (clearance prices) and half regular store. They have a great selection of clothes, outwear, and even luggage and bags. Sometimes the clearance prices are better than other times, but if you're a rewards member, you get a coupons a few times a year that makes shopping here a much sweeter deal. Being plus size, I love that they carry XXL and sometimes have a few random women's size pieces here. They also randomly have tall sizes that I sometimes opt for since I find that the sleeves and torsos of their shirts are sometimes way too short (especially after being washed). My latest pet peeve though is that they used to carry 18s and 20s in ladies pants in the store and they don't anymore!! When I asked about this the employees told me those sizes are available "by catalog or online only" now. WTF?! So many stores are starting to do this and it's really irking me. So now I have to pay not only $5-10 more for a plus size item to begin with, but I also now have to pay $10 shipping and the clothes might not even fit?! VERY annoying. Though, I'm still loyal to my Eddie. I just don't like the new policy on "extended sizes". They also have a lifetime guarantee on all of their items, which is GREAT.

There is a bus parked outside that has more items for sale, but again totally disorganized and tons of junk shoved under the racks. Because she knew we were coming, the owner, Wendy, placed shoes on the sidewalk that led us right to her place. The store itself is small, but that belies the amazement within. There are vintage hats, clothing, jewelry, and all sorts of accessories in this shop. I kept going up to the counter and buying more. My one friend found a beautiful lucite purse and bought it for a song. This store has everything a vintage fashion enthusiast could want! Wendy is a total doll and was so excited to have us. Weekends are usually nuts especially in the summer so I try to go on a Tuesday or Wednesday when it's quieter. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the product turnover, new stock, isn't always the quickest so you may see the same stuff a couple visits in a row, otherwise never any issues. Although I'm not one who returns things very often, the one time I did it was quick and easy. Two thumbs up!

This day should have been a joyous time for me and family, however it turned out to be so dramatic for NO REASON! I wish I never walked into Uomo Da Milano. My entire day was ruined before the son's graduation, unfortunately we did not have a family dinner prior to the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of my son's life! This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up. I am going to report them to Better Business Bureau and the the AG Office. Good luck Brown people!

I have to say I was amazed on how many different suits, blazers, sport coats and ties they have to offer. The quality of the suits are just as good as Macy's but this place has more eye catching suits than Macy's. You do have to pay extra for alterations, at first i was disappointed because i feel that should be done for free. But when the employee said it will be done in 20mins, and not a week like other places i have gone to. The extra price for the services was well worth it. Looking forward to coming back
