The Big rib was so tender and fell off the bone. It was served in a really good sweet and savory sauce. The St. Louis ribs were also tasty. I've never had asparagus at a bbq place but I was all for it. The asparagus was cooked nicely and had some kind of truffle oil? Yum. The Miraculous sweet potato was also super tasty!! It was like a fancy baked sweet potato. I don't know what was on it but it was so good! We were so full after and didn't have room for dessert but they also sounded so good. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation while you are in Quebec City! You won't regret it.
