Note, the younger the wait staff, the higher the likelihood that they will speak some English. We started off with the shrimp cocktail in a sauce that wasn't the basic cocktail sauce you get in the states, but something with a little flair and small dollops of a garlic ranch cream. SO then had the duck confit and mushroom risotto...I took a few pleasing bites of the duck, which was a 1/4 size, tasty thigh-leg, and the risotto, which had a few varieties of mushrooms and was nicely seasoned. I had the flank steak cooked medium, which was accompanied by a nice vegetable medley of potatoes, peppers, carrots and asparagus along with some caramelized shallots with bacon...a tasty and hearty dish!
