Jack Schramm has represented me as a buyer, in two real estate transactions
within the last eleven months.. One was a straight, seller to buyer transaction,
the other was a Foreclosure. Both were, for entirely different reasons, more than your, "run of the mill", say normal, Real Estate process/transaction. One, had attached to it, legal issues that, if it had not been for Mr.Schramm, I would have, any and all kidding/exaggeration aside, most probably, found myself at an E.R. because my blood pressure/anxiety levels would have sent me there. The other,
I am somewhat embarrassed to admit, I created unnecessary problems for everyone involved. Along with representing me in the above mentioned transactions
Mr. Schramm has also personally taken the time to show me six other houses that, whimsically at the time, I thought, I might be interested in purchasing.
I tend to be someone that figuratively speaking, needs their hand held when I am involved in a real estate purchase or sale. I am also someone that, to say the least, demands yes demands, constant attention, reassurance and complete satisfaction, before during and after any Real Estate transaction I involved myself in. As such
I need, more than a normal person would, at the very least, every one of the multitude of questions I barrage my Real Estate agent with, answered, not only in
a timely manner but, I need them answered with many words more than a yes or
a no. With the above in mind..
With regard to meeting or not meeting my above mentioned needs, Mr.Schramm has always represented himself to me to be the quintessential Real Estate Professional, an individual that has always taken it upon himself to, first and
foremost, attempt to meet, every want & need that I express to him, with regard to the Real Estate transaction at hand. #2: Jack Schramm has always presented himself to me as being someone that is somewhat obsessive, from my point
of view, in a good way, when it comes to making sure that every "I" is dotted and every "T"is crossed, that would be, with regard to disclosures, pertinent information being disseminated and in general making sure that my back is,at all times, covered. Mr. Schramm on more than one occasion, demonstrated to me that he is someone that is willing to and in fact "went", when dealing with, handling, my Real Estate transactions, above and beyond what a reasonable individual would ever expect "to get from" a Real Estate agent. On every single occasion, after my calling Jack Schramm and requesting an (ASAP) call back &/or a face to face meeting, Mr. Schramm has responded back to me within one hour and a half but more so, he has always been fully compliant and as such, has always met or exceeded my requests.
As I have said to Jack Schramm in the past and I herein reiterate in this review of
him, I am one hundred percent confident that when I refer people to Mr. Schramm, say, people that are searching for an Honest Real Estate Professional that is
not only diligent and hard working but is also, totally attuned to his clients needs, again I am confidant that, those people will find Jack Schramm demonstrating all of the positive attributes that I have, not only described above but way more so I,
have had the good fortune and pleasure of experiencing, every time I have chosen to request Mr.Schramm, show me a house &/or represent my welfare
with regard to a Real Estate transaction.
Hard to believe ? Think I might be one of his Family members or a Friend or,
one of those people that, these days, can be hired to write positive or negative comments/reviews about an individual and then transmit such verbiage to
the world via the Internet ? If you think any of the above, you are wrong because, I am, no more no less than simply, a satisfied client of Jack Schramm's, someone that feels other people should hear what I experienced when I dealt with
Mr. Schramm.
If you, in any way, say, at all question the validity of what I have said about
Mr. Schramm in this review of him then, I would simply implore you to find out
for yourself by contacting Jack Schramm if and when you are interested in purchasing Property in the St. Petersburg area. See for yourself and then when you find out for yourself that what I wrote in this review of him, more than not,
down plays Mr. Schramm's abilities as a Real Estate Professional, I would then only hope that you will, as I have, not only refer Jack Schramm to others but
I would also hope that, you too will, again, as I have, then, take time in your life
to write your review of Mr. Schramm.
