Incredible! I have had a long slew of physical problems that were very complicated to address and have seen every type of specialist in the field. I have found that cranial/sacral body work was the only body work that could help rehab me. My body worker retired and I had healed a lot so didn't need anyone until recently for a spasm in my back. I'm in my mid 60's & not a fan of massage. For the last year and half I have experience constant lower back pain, usually worse in the morning. The last few months I had pain from my lower back shooting down my left leg. I got a recommendation from my daughter who had Jack help her with migraines. I was referred to Jack through a friend, and I couldn't have needed this massage more. I got a 2 hour massage, and the whole time he was super professional, calming, and thorough in his work. He made sure the experience was comfortable for me, both because of the mask-wearing, and also because I had brought up some chronic pain issues with him. I went to see Jack yesterday because I have been dealing with painful upper back issues. This pain extended to my arms and hands. I haven't been able to sleep well in months. Jack is back and I'm so glad I found him because he gave one of the best massages I've ever had. I've been to my share of massages in efforts to find relief for my tense shoulders, back, and glutes. It had been getting so bad that I'd wake up in the middle of the night from the pain shooting down my neck to feet. Communication with Jack was easy and professional. He's currently in between places right now so we set up a time for him to come over. He was punctual, set up his own equipment, and addressed the problem areas. I'm the type that needs deep pressure and Jack was able to apply that painful but GOOD pressure to release toxins from those knots. Don't worry if you can't take the pain, because he also knows how to apply pressure to the level that you are comfortable with. Overall, he demonstrated a lot of knowledge for how to address the problem areas, most of which I'd never experienced from other masseuses. At the end, he also showed me some stretches I could to do to try to release tension daily. Today I woke up feeling well rested (hallelujah!). I'm standing here in my kitchen and my glutes/legs aren't sore or tight anymore because Jack knew how to rotate and work the hip muscles.
