She never took my case seriously and always scheduled calls with me at the last minute of the workweek. The most egregious incident occurred the weekend before Easter when she called while driving. The call dropped three times, and even after I had questions about my case, she declared that she had arrived at her destination and had to go, hanging up abruptly. This left me feeling anxious about the information she had provided and the lack of a thorough explanation. My time with Janee was terrible. She was uncommunicative and clearly needed assistance in her home office. I strongly advise you to work with someone who is more organized, responsive, and professional. Evidently there was some staff turnover during my process with this firm (at least that's what I…read morewas told), which resulted in my not hearing back from anyone for months. When I followed up, I received what seemed like a genuine apology, and was told that somebody would be on the case. This turned out to be untrue, as I was ghosted again for many more weeks. When I followed up again, I once more received the perfunctory apologies. I told them I was extremely dissatisfied, and asked for my money (which of course was paid in full at the beginning of the process) to be refunded as I was going to take my business elsewhere. Not only was no refund issued, nor any acknowledgement of the validity of my request based on my treatment, but I did not even receive a response to this from Chris, who is the top of the food chain. He could evidently not be bothered to reach out to me personally about the abysmal service I received. let alone do something to make it right. With regard to competence, I suppose this firm is capable of filing documents with the state. However if you are looking for good bedside manner, communication, follow-through, or customer service, I'd look elsewhere.
