It was so bad I had to contact State Farm to change agents. Constant mistakes in setting up new policy. Couldn't get rid of old phone number from over six years , wrong address on policies, wife's name missing on insurance cards, wife not an option as primary driver on her own car. Misspelled her name on the umbrella policy. Policy for motorcycles had invalid address. Discounts were not applied. Auto-payment that didn't work. Four times I contacted them about errors and NEVER and apology for the constant mistakes. Avoid this particular agency. read more

Shopped around quite a bit with Lemonade, USAA, Geico, Progressive and other insurance companies, and Jackie was able to beat the prices from each one. I've been with State Farm for 10 years, and after a nightmare experience with a different agent, I switched to Jackie's office. What a great decision! Jackie and Jennifer were both extremely helpful in getting the difficult situation resolved through an underwriting process which can often be arduous. Jennifer kept me up-to-date on the progress being made and they fought to get me what I needed to resolve the situation! Insurance is expensive, people.
