They put us through so much hassel, and would not give us information even with a death certificate on file, they sent her mail saying she broke a contract by not paying a loan. After working with multiple people and facing the same horrific service by all, we find out....she had insurance on the loans the entire time and we were beneficiaries to it! 4 employees missed this, ignored our attempts to pay, would not help us in anyway other than to send, in my opinion, inappropriate mailings all while they were paid. Disgusting. I am pulling my direct deposit, and everyone we know is done with them. This is ridiculous.

He went above and beyond from meeting arrangements to getting us in quickly so we did miss out on a house. He shows so much passion for what he does and has a passion for working with his clients. He really loves what he does and shows it. He didn't mind how many or what kind of houses we wanted to look at he showed enthusiasm each time. Tim knew everything about each house we looked at (there were many) as well as the neighborhoods. He didn't just hand us a sheet of paper he knew each house and neighborhood thoroughly. When we chose our house he advocated for us, made sure we were getting the best deal and outcome for our behalf. He was just as excited for us as we were when we signed our contract. Tim was also on top of everything as far as communication to get us in for the inspection, as well as making sure we had a great inspector. We did not have the best mortgage broker (Busey), they did not keep us in the loop about anything.
