They put us through so much hassel, and would not give us information even with a death certificate on file, they sent her mail saying she broke a contract by not paying a loan. After working with multiple people and facing the same horrific service by all, we find out....she had insurance on the loans the entire time and we were beneficiaries to it! 4 employees missed this, ignored our attempts to pay, would not help us in anyway other than to send, in my opinion, inappropriate mailings all while they were paid.
