I emailed them a copy of my records from MyChart that day. I had to call the office 6 TIMES to ask for updates and every time, the woman said she would pass along my information. After 2 weeks of nothing getting done, I decided to go to the new office location where I had to explain AGAIN what was needed to have the office manager claim "this was the first he was hearing this". I asked if the doctor could submit the preauthorization that day (since I am running out of medication) and he said, "well the doctor is very busy". The preauthorization STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. Good thing it's birth control and not any life-saving medicine. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.
