I guess so it could melt the few pieces of ice floating on the top of the drink. The customer service is truly horrible!!!! The chicken sandwich is what got them one star because it was dry, yet edible if your tastebuds don't have expectations. Oh, don't order a gallon of tea, you're only going to get a "Bag of tea" that is about the equivalent of a half gallon of milk! Our waitress was efficient and friendly and answered our questions as this was our first visit. We didn't have a salad but the salad bar looked great. Lots of choices and everything looked fresh. We look forward to trying the salad bar soon. We will definitely be back in the near future.
