I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.

The last two cars were undrivable. My insurance recommended Gerber as an affiliated shop that has good communication. They are smaller sized shop Rick /Rich did my estimate and was able to adjust. For the rear view camera cover that was damaged in the same collision the jacketed spare tire lug nut was also damaged. But I plan to replace them all with solid chrome so that didn't matter to me. Just be aware if you use this location they are usually 3 months out. And that they will not order your parts till your vehicle is in the shop. Due to lack of storage and to secure that they make sure that the customer doesn't switch shops at the last minute (so they don't ever have to mail back parts) 9/2023 Ambiance 5 nice waiting area. Service 4 expect to wait a week or more for bumper/ covers replacement I came back for some extra painting on a Monday to color match the fog light trim it looks great now. Hope it lasts. Location 5 nearby small shop very little extra parking so schedule an appointment for estimate. Value 5 my insurance didn't cover a rental. But I didn't need to go anywhere for a week. Thankfully I have a great neighbor who was able to give a hand.

They also are very upfront about pricing and specials they run, just talk to them. Once you do, you'll probably decide protecting your investment is a sound strategy. I needed both. Before calling, I visited their website, which clearly states they offer both services. I requested a quote to tint my 2022 Navigator and detail my 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Nichole, who was very pleasant, and transferred me to another employee, Miya, for a quote. Miya acknowledged that Nichole had already noted I had two vehicles needing service. However, when I began describing the work needed, she interrupted to tell me they do not detail vehicles for new customers. I politely ended the call, apologized for the misunderstanding and wasting her time, and wished her a great day. A few moments later, Miya called back to criticize me for ending the conversation--even though she had just told me they would not provide the services I requested. Her call back was an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Afterward, I went back to confirm their website and the ad I received both advertise detailing services for the public. It would be helpful if staff were aligned with what the company markets, so customers aren't misled or treated poorly for inquiring about the very services they promote. Based on this experience, I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings.

When I got it back and it rained, it was leaking water. The gasket around the trunk That seals off the water was pulled up loose and not reseal properly. I own a 2009 Toyota Camry. I just have to get it back down there and with their cooperation they said they would fix any problems. Customer service is excellent.
