These guys are great and reliable. We had downed trees and assorted debris from Hurricane Irma, and the city was not responding to requests to pick up the bulk debris or get rid of the tree blocking the sidewalk. So, we called Jack's Junk Removal and Jack promptly contacted me to schedule a couple days later. They arrived with "Sue," their smaller truck and chainsawed the two large palms and three smaller areca limbs that had broken/fallen. They picked up the pile of debris we had left for the city. And they also had room to haul off crap from our garage (assorted junk from 5 decades of living here). They gave their coupon discount and I took their card to use again. They are reliable and everyone who came--three came to do the job, including Jack and Jackie, the husband and wife whose pic you see on the Yelp page--worked hard and efficiently. I've never done a home remodel before so after my contractor told me we have multiple trucks of debris that needed to be removed I did my research and everyone referred me to Jacks. My Contractor contacted them, sent photos of the piles of debris, scheduled a time and we were off and running. Arrived early to scheduled pick up and a competent team of men removed 2 full trucks before time restraints and pouring rain forced us to have to finish in a day or so due to them having another job. The Owner did the other two trucks yesterday yes Memorial Day Monday and knocked out the rest of the removal. They were responsive, communicative, priced properly, accommodating even on a Holiday and very clean & professional through the entire job. They even took my credit card which was a big plus in trying to keep cash flow issues down during an expensive remodel. Jack and his crew removed the large tiki hut with precision cuts and even went so far as to net debris out of my pool and bag up the small debris. They arrived early wearing all necessary protective equipment recommended during this covid-19 crisis.
