RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!…read more They had ME, a SENIOR WOMAN, packing my apartment while the young strong guys "held" boxes; the foreman stole a brand new pair of sneakers from the box in my living room that I'd purchased the previous day to wear on the plane - I marched down to the truck and demanded them back. He said he "thought I didn't want them". This was the JOB FOREMAN! He also helped himself to clothing "for my girlfriend". I was so fed up I let him take things. Of the 3 to 4 guys who showed up, they wouldn't pack everything (asked, "what do you want to take from THIS room" in every room they entered. It's an OUT OF STATE MOVE! WTAF?) so half my stuff was left behind in an out-of-state move. They then held my stuff for THREE MONTHS, lord knows where, or WHY, before I FINALLY got it, and when it FINALLY came some furniture was COMPLETELY MISSING and some was DAMAGED. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST packing and delivery EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I'd rather them -5 stars if it were possible. ** SPEND MORE MONEY AND HIRE PROFESSIONALS - you get what you pay for.

But worst of all, MANY items, including art of significant value, are gone. Valuable pottery, clothing, hard to find pieces of vintage tableware, a computer screen, kitchen utensils....the list goes on. Delivery at the new home was haphazard and horrifying. Floors scratched, furniture and art roughly handled. Absolutely horrible experience.
