I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car.
