I suspect a lot of people don't want this. They just want to drive thru and go. If this is the case, this place is probably not for you. The cost varies with four levels available. The highest is $10 and $7 for the lowest. The wash cycle goes around your car two times and sprays soap on your car. Then you get a high blast rinse, then a low pressure rinse. Then another high pressure cycle of "protection" depending on your level paid for plus a low pressure application. Followed by another low pressure rinse.

I just tried to get a car wash in Bloomington (In) on 3rd street and the attendant just ignored me for 10-15 minutes...so going when they're less busy, the middle of the day, doesn't work either. This is one of the few touchless automatic car washes in the Indy metro area. As such, there was…read morea long line (4 vehicles) ahead of me in line. That may not seem too bad, but each wash cycle takes about 5 minutes (or longer depending on what type of wash is purchased). The whole process is self-service so you never interact with an attendant (unless you have an issue with the payment kiosk in which case you can wave down one of the employees to help you). A basic wash and dry is $13. Tip: Download the UWash app and register your phone number to get a free basic wash. When you pull up to the kiosk, you choose your car wash a d pay using a credit card, cash, or scan a QR code (if you have the UWash app). The green up arrow tells you when to pull forward into the wash bay. A red X tells you when to stop. If you pull up too far, a green down arrow tells you to back up. I had the basic wash and dry (because it was my 1st time here and I had the app) so it took about 5 minutes total. 4 minutes of rinse, soap, and wash. The last 1 minute is the dry cycle (you drive slowly through the dryers as you are pulling out of the bay). There's a timer that tells you how long the dry cycle is so you can figure out how slowly to drive out to get your whole vehicle dry from front to back. It was night so I couldn't really tell how good a job the basic wash did, but it seemed alright when I looked at my car when I got home. I just wanted to get the road salt off (there was a big winter storm a few days ago) and it did a great job of that. I would have tried some of the more expensive car wash cycles if I didn't have that free wash at the time. The deluxe $19 wash has a bunch of goodies like under underbody wash (as you enter the bay), clear coat protection, ceramic wax, etc.

I have a brand new car, I had never taken it through a car wash yet. I bought my new car January 2…read moreand it had 15 miles on it. So I know there is no way that the car was already scratched. I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car. This was definitely done by your carwash and I will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen.

I went here to wash my car late at night and I saw who I think was the owner cleaning up the place. It seems like they take good care of it. However, the sign says that it's three dollars for 5 minutes of water. I used less than 10 minutes of water, but I got charged $15 when it should've been $6. I opened a dispute, but the company said that what I paid was accurate and I should not get a refund. Just warning you that the prices they display and the prices you pay are not the same. It's probably better to pay in cash and see if that works. That way you won't get ripped off.

The price here is good, not many people waiting in line and I leave satisfied every time I visit.
