Jacquelyn Swanson was the lead painter on our paint job in Bloomington, Indiana and she was nothing short of amazing! They break things and do not tell you, they do not clean up dangerous materials like nails in your yard knowing you have kids and dogs. They get 98% of one specific project done but then its like pulling teeth to get them to come do the final details on some things. No communication, several times I was told they would be out there but no one shows up or calls me to let me know. They broke my gate to my backyard and did not bother to tell me so when they left I went out to shut it to let my dogs out and I found it laying on the ground. The only reason they get a 2 star is my siding looks good and I have a half way decent back deck (we will see with time). After 8 months of waiting for things to get done (yes I understand weather plays a roll) and getting excuse after excuse I finally told them to give me my deposit back on the rest of my projects and to pick up the materials that had been sitting in my front yard for 8 months (now I have several large spots in my front yard with no grass).
