We delivered dirt to this company. The owner Ted does not handle his business properly. We…read moredelivered him multiple loads of dirt within two days he had a check on the first day the second day he said he would get us a check and we trusted that he would be truthful. We sent him emails, text him and called to follow up and he said he sent a check. We never received one. We do not accept partial payments so we didn't deposit his check until he said he wasn't paying us anymore money even though he still owed for the second day haul. We were worried we weren't going to get paid for any of it. The only check that he wrote us returned due to insufficient funds. We were also charged a return check fee and we added that to his past due invoice and he refused to pay the return check fee. When the owner of the company went to meet Ted he got angry and started talk bad about our office people which we are a small business and that is the owners daughter and wife. After he tried to not pay the correct amount once again the owner of F&S told him he was a crook and Ted said "God bless." Using his false persona to make things "all better". Truth is we should have never trusted this guy and believed he would take care of his business. So I guess if you want to make money by not paying your bills and not have good faith based Christian Values then attend this school.

To begin, Brittany Downs was most of the time too busy to pick up our calls. We kept inquiring about paperwork from the bank to sign and she will always assure us that everything was ok and that she would tell us what to do next. On the day of what was supposed to be our closing she texted me stating that she forgot to have us sign the paperwork for the bank, thus causing our contract to be canceled. In the meantime, Liza Mullins had all our information to where she could have alerted us of paperwork that needed to be signed but did not. 6 weeks later were lost our accepted offer, we are out 1400 dollars in expenses. And still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. Very unethical working style, misrepresentation, and overall incompetent agents.
